Look, were trying to help you. But posting images unrelated to your discussion doesn't help. What ship are we talking about? You can't just post a picture of the ocean and talk shit about something that isn't in the pic.

Its a problem of resource allocation. It forces an enemy to consider every small fishing boat as potentially carrying vertical launch ballistic missiles and being able to lob shells at you from over 150km. They're also very likely to be carrying railguns in the near future. To have to be worried about every small boat posing that kind of threat is going to require an enormous amount of response and recon.
