Looking back, it really wasn't. The poor movie sales was proof enough the show didn't have the following everyone thought it did.
Plus, tbqh, it's just OK.

most of the episodes arent too good but near the end it gets better and shows some potential. Should've started it with mal being more of an antihero than loser good guy desu
