I liked his Pennywise and i liked, that he didnt try to copy Curry. Sadly the overuse of (bad) CGI really took a lot of the horror away from him.
This applies to the whole movie too. The director should stop making horror movies or drop his cgi fetish.

Tim Curry as Pennywise is literally the only thing that's better in the miniseries, and the movie Pennywise is still pretty good.
