the original series obviously took place after high school but before the gang went to college.
Scooby and Shaggy never went to college and ended up having to work at an all GHOULS school
but eventually Daphne dropped out and went to hang out with Shaggy
Fred and Velma finished school eventually and we get the new Scooby Doo show where they are more grown up (Zombie Island)

and the 13 ghosts was a decent series anyway and vincent price is a 10/10 voice actor.
