Trailer Park Boys - Oh Dear God No !!

>Following in the footsteps of previously successful sitcoms being given an American adaptation such as The Office, today Netflix has announced that they are partnering with Judd Apatow to create a new Trailer Park Boys series for stateside audiences. "I'm a huge fan of Trailer Park Boys", said Apatow in interview "So I'm really excited to have a chance to write my own stories in that classic mockumentary style while also adding in my own comic sensibilities and using the deep southern setting as a way to explore the modern political climate." As the three title characters he has already signed on members from his stable of previous works including James Franco taking on the role Julian, Seth Rogen as Bubbles and Danny McBride as Ricky. "We're still in talks for some of the other characters but we think that Steve [Carell] and Jonah [Hill] as a certain Trailer Park Supervisor and his Assistant would be perfect." We here at the Independent think so too and look forward to its scheduled release sometime in early 2018.

No.

Fuck that

I wonder if some paid Judd $100 to fuck off with the Trump comments

I have actually thought for a while that you could do the same setup with different characters just about anywhere. But this is too much.

I agree. Eastbound and Down was it's own thing, and I love it. McBride already did the dumb redneck thing perfectly; and many times reminded me a little of an amalgam of Ricky and Julian. TPB has already been run into the ground. Apatow needs to frig off.

Tel me that Jay Baruchel wouldn't be the perfect Cory

Yeah but just like the Office they can just do the same stories verbatim only now with American accents.

TPB: Russia

>Bunch of Gopniks squatting around getting into shenanigans.

(((Judd Apatow))), (((James Franco))), (((Seth Rogen))), (((Danny McBride)))

Trailer Park Jews...

Danny McBride is from the Jewish part of Scotland then?

He is Scottish and Ashkenazi Jewish, just fucking google

>ZERO SOURCES
