All we got to do is wait until 2019.

After HTTYD 2 they can take all the time the want.

Bump

I look forward to this. I enjoyed the last two movies.

I wonder if they'll keep Race to the Edge going until the movie comes out.
It seems the other shows only get 52-78 episodes, but since HTTYD is an ongoing franchise, it might get special treatment.

bump

...

they gonna fix the facial features this time?
... looks like.... kinda? even the dragon looks better.

Why is he so perfect

because he' a cat in dragon form.

I'M STILL NOT OVER STOICK YOU FUCKS

Wow. I just watched HTTYD2 for the first time like 10 minutes ago.

Every few months I listen to the HTTYD soundtrack and I get goosebumps every time, especially at Test Drive.

this jfc, watching the series while Stoick is in it just hurts

HTTYD2 was my favorite animated movie so I cannot wait. Take as much time as you want my niggas.

>They went with the TOOTHLESS ABANDONS HIS BRO TO CHASE DRAGON POON STORY ARC

FUCKING
GOD
DAMN
IT

>They went with the TOOTHLESS ABANDONS HIS BRO TO CHASE DRAGON POON STORY ARC

I'd abandon my bro to pound some Night Fury poon.

How long until the next season of the show?

>not double teaming the night fury with your bro
you're a bad bro

Is the show any good? Does it have depth? How much shipping is in it?

M'kay

Well, I guess I'll stick to porn until then.

>"As Hiccup fulfills his dream of creating a peaceful dragon utopia, Toothless’ discovery of an untamed, elusive mate draws the Night Fury away. When danger mounts at home and Hiccup’s reign as village chief is tested, both dragon and rider must make impossible decisions to save their kind."
Honestly I'm really scared this movie is going to be really fucking bad in like, a mass effect 3 way. Where everything is amazing and mostly on par with the other two and then it just takes a nose dive at the end when/if toothless and the other dragons leave. I already absolutely hate this trope where writers feel they need to make a statement about adulthood and growing up by taking the magical beings away once a hero goes through puberty.
But on top of the dumb trope it always bugged me that they were considering a plot like this at all, since toothless is an severely injured dragon- and there were plenty of injured dragons from Valka's group as well (including fucking blind ones), they could not be released into the wild at all. Even with toothless' auto-tail theres no guarantee without upkeep it would last, its been shown to break plenty of times in both the show and movie already.

>a statement about adulthood and growing up by taking the magical beings away once a hero goes through puberty.

The fact that Hiccup is well past puberty would make it all the more ridiculous. He's already in his 20s by the time of the second movie. And his becoming chief already felt like they did the whole coming of age shtick.

...

It's because they wanted to follow the endings of the books, and the dragons leave at the end of the books.

I'm pretty sure, I never actually read them.

The movies already differ from the books greatly, I'm pretty sure that snotlout or his equivalent dies in them pretty young.
I get they are doing it to honor the books, but with how different they are its going to feel like they slapped on the ending to a different story all together, which is what they are literally doing if they go through with it.

They do? Actually I like it, but whatever the people behind the first two did a great job I trust them to find a way to end it
