Well, before anything else, I just want to mention Wonder Woman was only recently made as tall as She-Hulk.

That aside, Wonder Woman can AND HAS been written at some point or another to have a personality similar to Jen, but not typically. As with everything; it depends on the writer.

You're calling her a "green Wonder Woman," but that just means you've got some essential reading to do, on BOTH characters.
