Most the schools spend the money on themselves, maybe spend the budget on the sports teams. When caught embezzling funds, nothing happens, or they just move the teachers/admins to the next district over.

Coal, powers the electric plants. Also has a huge chemical processing area. Natural gas. Timber. Tons of natural resources the democrats wont allow anyone to profit from but themselves.

coal mining is a job that has lot's of openings, requires little education, and had a lot of holler folk available for cheap labor. that's where to begin brazil, coal mining in the 20th century appalachia. not so much has changed. the industry could ignore the region fine, especially as the trains centered in greater chicago and detroit as the hubs. coal simply left the region and poor families were the one's who mined it. the money didn't come back in any way, it was, and still is, a business centered in the first level of product refinement, and is by definition less expensive than worked goods or product.

imagine the poor weed farmer in south western mexico. his brick shit sells for 2 taco's, but the moment it hits an area with demand, it's worth 25usd an eighth.

what's so bad about it? it's just a state of poor white farmers really. low crime rates, good nature, friendly people... the land there isn't really suited to development in a lot of areas but the people make the best of it anyways.

I'm from Kentucky, near West Virginia. It's also worth noting that almost none of the land here is flat, and any land flat enough for development is usually a flood zone. The only way to build any kind of business is to build on top of an abandoned strip mine the coal companies have left behind, but most of the time the coal companies won't even sell their old mine sites, even though they have no use for them anymore.

Although Appalachia is poor and has recently been hit hard by a drug epidemic, it's still much safer, cleaner, and friendlier than any nigger town I've ever seen.

Sure. Avoid Huntington and Charleston though, niggers took over there. Some of the southern counties are bad in poverty and drug use. Central and north arent too bad.

Economic isolation due to geography. Wealth is largely concentrated in and around cities, and cities are largely concentrated around major waterways and coastlines. West VA is a mountainous inland state, which makes it difficult for wealth/trade to flow into it.

I told you the cities got niggers dumped in them thanks to obama. Huntington has crime on par with Detroit, MI or Houston TX. San antonio, Austin and Dallas has a better crime rating than Huntington or Charelston or Morgantown despite the population being so high and diverse.
