Minor spoilers from the autopsy scene
the autopsy scene is different. there's an added comment where the coroner asks if it's Olsen's first autopsy to which the sheriff replies that it is and Olsen then tells them to just get on with the autopsy. This isn't in the theatrical cut
there's a harsh cut right after explaining the frostbite on the toes that jumps straight to Olsen shouting at the coroner for not classing it as a murder. The details of the rape and the actual cause of death are missing
There's more differences but that's the easiest scene to check for yourself

It's a nasty habit, it draws your eyes away from the scene itself and you should only turn them off to confirm whether you heard a line correctly
It's region differences, either to appeal to different cultures or to help them identify where the guy who uploaded this got his file from.
