The joke is that the virgin (originally virgin walk) consisted of horoscope-esque normalities that were painted as bad in tandem. Then the chad addition, was mocking a supposed person who does the exact opposite of everything the supposedly bad (but much more natural) virgin does. Many of the permutations, especially ones around things such as movies and sports, focus more on making the Chad inherently better and the Virgin worse in a completely direct and literal way.
