Greatest achievement in cinema history. This should replace the Bible.
unironically the only capekino ever filmed.
The best superhero film of modern times, nothing else comes even close
Irredeemable filth -- it takes a Christopher Nolan to have Superman's earthly father suggest that young Clark Kent should let a schoolbus full of kids drown rather than reveal his superpowers, but it takes a Zack Snyder to encase General Zod inside a fullbody metallic dildo before sending him into the Phantom Zone. And it takes both of them to grossly exploit 9/11 imagery with all those collapsing skyscrapers. Cinemalets please keep to your twitter memeing and pretending VA understanding

Full of shedditing (shit editing)
I hated Lois Lane.
How would Marvel have handled this scene?

If you don't look at it as a superman movie it's actually pretty great.
Boring as fuck. I fell asleep by through third act
Great religious imagery.

MODS
>Paul Thomas Anderson
>not a hack fraud whose style is a terrible derivative of better more competent directors and is only above television tier so pseuds jerk off to him
That shilling for this movie and DC as a whole has gone too far
Good movie, too bad BvS was a piece of shit
Masterpiece if the genre and an all-around solid film.
Starts off well but falls into the trap of having the standardized big capeshit ending ditching the nuance in favor of ridiculously long cgi punch ups that just aren't very engaging.
I don't give a fuck about "muh superman" arguments cos I don't read comics, I wasn't upset by the destruction just bored by it after a point. For me it would have been better with shorter, snappier fights but I'm sure that would have upset movie goers who just come for the epic battles. Also I normally love Michael Shannon but all he did was shout every line so I was kinda disappointed.
