thats not fair, this was before our critical messiahs taught us of our original sin, and I am by no means justifying this shameful racism, but the only thing we can do is posthumously strip them of any accolades, educate the younger generations, and carry on in the name of progress until we are all one race, absolved of all sin

how will slave owners ever recover?

>jew rabbit is lincoln
kek

imagine how triggered BLM would be today if a cartoon like that was made

It was your mothers who got them to stop making these cartoons.
They thought it was too much for your innocent eyes. Then the next generation of moms came and had them taken off the air, they thought it was the cause of violence during the 80's-90's

Your white moms tried to ban video games too but that was beyond their grasp. That's how the ratings system was born.
It was the best they could do and thought it was one step closer to taking them off the shelves. The only race responsible for these cartoons being banned are whites

imagine being this much of a loser

sorry, the life of a SJW beta cuckold loser is beyond the realm of my imagination

that's what he's saying

>Don't whip me master, don't whip this tired old body!

whoa, it was a different time

do you think the idea would even be allowed to be thought today

>GettysBERG

This is why your mothers hate these cartoons. Because they can't handle you, you react in ways that makes them take you to the hospital.
They then put you on adhd and anti-psychotic medicine so you could fall asleep and not runaround the house

is this pasta?

It's a biography on your life

>parents that are unable to control their kids should drug them into submission

>when he puts the whip in Sam's hand

If you're offended by this, you're a literal faggot.

That's fucking great. The cartoon is obviously anti-slavery and taking a shot at confederates.

Sorry black people, but WB did this shit well.

youtube.com/watch?v=2wbtLLayBec

are you talking based on the pic or did you watch the thing?
I'm not offended by it but I'm sure it wouldn't see the light of the day today. Implying the slaves made up punishments? Can you imagine the outrage?

It wouldn't be allowed today. But not because anybody is actually offended by it. Just white liberals virtue signaling.

Well, you're right about that to be honest. I mean, I've seen them cause trouble by getting offended about stuff that doesn't target them.

This. White leftists are fucking retarded, fake, cunts.

I know this gets thrown around a lot as a meme or otherwise, but seriously, women's suffrage was a mistake. A deep and grave mistake.

The NAACP did its part.

picturethis.museumca.org/pictures/song-south-protest

Also, the NAACP is the reason why Hollywood stopped making blaxploitation films. Your people killed off their own cinematic legacy, bruh.

These cartoons were aimed at general audiences with jokes written by adults for adults.

Getting upset with blackface today is like getting upset with blackface in South Park. In 70 years, people are going to cut all the racist parts of South Park out so they can sit their worthless children in front of the holo-pad in their self driving green powered hover-sedan to watch the series for hours on end.

Stop being a baby.

...

that was one million times funnier that

dick and shorty

See the difference is they aren't trying to be offensive or going for shock humor. They knew their audience and told jokes to the people who loved them.

South Park knowingly and intentionally tries to be shocking and offensive in their depictions of characters, and doesn't use their design as a way to connect with their audience.

Now you could argue that South Park knows it's audience is vast and diverse, so it intentionally offends everyone so that everyone has someone to laugh at. In that sense the shows are similar.

You could also argue that no matter how you look at it a shucking and jiving mammy is straight up racist. That, I can also agree with. The thing is, at the time the audience had that public image of black people. It wasn't meant to be offensive to anyone, it was a way to connect with their audience and set theme.

South Park does this too, but does so in a way that is meant to offend. Early on in the show's running they didn't have politics driving their every season. It was about a bunch of kids getting into unbelievable adventures. The charicatures then were offensive, but they weren't done as a slight to anyone. They just added flavor to the story. In recent years this isn't the case. Everything they depict is so heated and pointed at everyone, meant to jab and "make you think". In reality they've gotten so good at insulting everyone that whatever new insight people think they got out of an episode is just your own thoughts parroted back to you in a funny way; both sides of the argument are presented and you get validation.

That's probably just another way for them to try to connect to their audience. it's a sad world when one of the most popular cartoons in the modern world connects to us by being vulgar. It's working for them, so that's a sign of the times too, and in that way I guess Pre-60s cartoons and South Park are Similar.
it was a different time, but we still connect in the same ways. It's a shame, cartoons used to be fun.

That's good shit. Ironic that everyone copied Disney when they made the worst shorts.

what the heck? lmao what's with the old cartoons?

They didn't have to worry about triggering anyone

Pure Clampettkino

Bugs...easy on the racism

Reminder that if you're proud of the Confederate flag you literally worship a bunch of losers.

Do you understand how everyone knows you're retarded?

>the YouTube vid I found of three idiots proves that millions of people are....

You're really fucking dumb

youtube.com/watch?v=612FWs1yYCc

>until we are all one race
In doing so, you'd lose all the colors of the world and what makes them 'them', what makes them special and unique. And I'm fairly sure that's a biological impossibility, there would just be a bunch of mixed races and they'd be identified as such. That also might actually take longer than mankind might be around.
>absolved of all sin
So you believe that in being part of a race you inherit the sins of your ancestors? That's fucking dumb and no race is innocent.

>moving the goalposts
lmfao put your trip back Krager
First it was "imaginary", then when I prove it you recoil

Ironic isn't it that All In The Family was like run by all leftists. Can't be played on TV anymore because Caroll O'Connor just made Archie to damn likable.

What the fuck were they protesting blaxploitation films for? If anything, those movies empowered black Americans to a much greater degree than any pandering bullshit Hollywood slides out today. And they were entertaining on a general level.

Steven's Universe and R&M are more controversial

/his/ btfo

There was a time when cartoons weren't considered kids stuff, they were just another medium so they could be controversial if they wanted. Disney is to blame for the kiddification of cartoons, at least in the US, they're considered childish these days when once they could have biting messages.

traps are gay
