The photos DO look different, but not because it's a different person. Reviewing the recent footage and stills of her, it appears she has edema (fluid swelling) of the face and neck. Something easily visible.

Now the interesting part is that that isn't good. It means her diet has probably gone to shit, she is on some kind of drug (Opiates can do this, so can Benzos / Xanax IIRC), etc that is causing this.

It's also a symptom of CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE, DVT, PE, and a host of other SERIOUS circulatory issues.

The neat things about mouths is that they can open and close, at varying degrees.

you need to compare a photo of supposed double Hillary and the real Hillary whenever she comes out of care. Comparing aged photos then suggesting differences in weight doesn't work.
