>One of the most plagued questions we get when talking about Fascism is economics, normally brought up by people still stuck in a liberal mentality and limited scope of perception, where everything is defined in term of social and economic policies, rather than principles derived from the notion of a singular Truth and Order that dominates the world. The variety of historic economic plans and practices maintained by various champions of our Struggle likewise distorts any comprehensive answer to the question. All in all we've simply answered people that economics are secondary, they don't matter in such a way as to be a fundamental and defining element of Fascism. The answer didn't change, however there is now a way in which we can describe this attitude to economics, and it's actually a word we've used repeatedly in reference to Fascism anyway: Socialism.

The actual man in charge of repairing the economy was Hjalmar Schacht.
Schacht realised the economy of Germany was entirely unsustainable without some reforms, otherwise conquests would be necessary to fund it.
The actual Nazis (Göring, Hitler,..) made sure to kick him out especially because they did not agree with his economic policies that helped revive the German economy.
Once the war would be over, the economy would crash again and Germany would experience yet another depression.
Schacht was a member of the Nazi Party but he also publicly expressed his disgust at the treatment of the Jews as soon as 1938, and
tried to co-conspire against Hitler after 1938. One can hardly call this man a Nazi.
In the end all this proves is that Hitler cared more about power and dominance than he did about the good and well-being of his people.
Let me stress this again: Hitler didn't fix the economy, Hjalmar Schacht did. Hitler then fired him and ran the economy into the ground again.
Even if you concede that Hitler fixed the economy (which he didn't), you still can't separate that from the fact that the German economy was
essentially converted into a war machine dependent upon its upcoming conquest and looting, which in turn set the stage for a genocidal campaign through Eastern, Central, and Southern Europe...all of this ending with the complete collapse of the German state, its defeat in an unwinnable war, and its partition subsequently.

to just the German people he deemed racially worthwhile).

Once the war was over, Hitler promised himself, he would root out and destroy the influence of the Christian Churches. By the latter part of the decade of the thirties church officials were well aware that the ultimate aim of Hitler and other Nazis was the total elimination of Catholicism and of the Christian religion. Since the overwhelming majority of Germans were either Catholic or Protestant this goal had to be a long-term rather than a short-term Nazi objective.
Under the leadership of Rosenberg, Bormann and Himmler—backed by Hitler—the Nazi regime intended to destroy Christianity in Germany, if it could, and substitute the old paganism of the early tribal Germanic gods and the new paganism of the Nazi extremists. The Nazis plan was to de-Christianise Germany after the final victory. It seems no exaggeration to insist that the greatest challenge the Nazis had to face was their effort to eradicate Christianity in Germany or at least to subjugate it to their general world outlook. It was Hitler's long range goal to eliminate the churches once he had consolidated control over his European empire.

In 1999 Julie Seltzer Mandel, while researching documents for the "Nuremberg Project", discovered 150 bound volumes collected by Gen. William Donovan as part of his work on documenting Nazi war crimes.
Donovan was a senior member of the U.S. prosecution team and had compiled large amounts of evidence that Nazis persecuted Christian churches. In a 108-page outline titled "The Nazi Master Plan" Office of Strategic Services investigators argued that the Nazi regime had a plan to reduce the influence of Christian churches through a campaign of systematic persecutions. "Important leaders of the National Socialist party would have liked to meet this situation (of church influence) by complete extirpation of Christianity and the substitution of a purely racial religion," said the report. The most persuasive evidence came from "the systematic nature of the persecution itself".

In Hitler's scheme for the Germanization of Eastern Europe, there was to be no place for Christian churches. For the time being, he ordered slow progress on the 'Church Question'. “But is clear”, noted Goebells, himself among the most aggressive anti-church radicals, “that after the war it has to be solved... There is, namely, an insoluble opposition between the Christian and a Germanic-heroic world-view". Once the war was over, Hitler promised himself, he would root out and destroy the influence of the Christian churches, but until then he would be circumspect.
In his memoirs, Hitler's chief architect Albert Speer recalled that when drafting his plans for Hitler's "new Berlin", when he told Hitler's private secretary Martin Bormann that he had consulted with Protestant and Catholic authorities over the locations for churches: "Bormann curtly informed me that churches were not to receive building sites".

Why don't you guys disassociate yourselves from Hitler and basically Nazi Germany? While I disagree with the overall authoritarian centralist theme of national socialism/fascism, I do admire its bureaucratic efficiency and potential to inspire the plebeian masses toward a greater purpose.
Why disassociate? Because "muh six million?" Even Star Trek (written and acted by Jews [Roddenberry, Shatner, Nimoy]) admitted that it was the most efficient nation state of the 20th century.
