I put money on Hillary actually being sick. I've had pneumonia before (as someone much longer). In my case, it was cold, dry air aggravating my asthma, which eventually inflamed my lungs. I saw a specialist and did a peak flow, whole nine yards, etc. and it was determined to be from a non-bacterial cause. I got albuterol (short term treatment for airway shit) and Dulera (long term asthma control).
Guess what I didn't get? Antibiotics. I didn't have bacterial pneumonia. If I was believed to have bacterial pneumonia, they would have given me antibiotics.
The fact that they blamed allergies, THEN pneumonia means that either
1) She's actually on antibiotics for pneumonia, and by not staying at home she put a bunch of others including a little girl at risk
2) She's on antibiotics for some other reason, meaning she has some sort of contagious disease that isn't pneumonia
3) The pneumonia and antibiotics both are a lie, ostensibly because it sounds better than admitting a more serious health issue.

If it's Streptococcus pneumoniae, then you're right. The issue is, when you KNOW you have pneumonia, they usually don't do a test so specific to tell the exact bacteria that does it, and other bacteria that causes pneumonia can be far more contagious.
Even if you take the best case scenario (non-bacterial cause aggravates lung tissue/weakens immune system, Streptococcus pneumoniae moves in), the eldery, immunocompromised, and children can STILL get sick from that bacteria for up to 48 hours (typically) after starting antibiotics. That means if she started them Friday, there's a very good chance she was still contagious on Sunday morning.
