I feel like I should be making more porn of Veronica but I keep forgetting she exists

Probably before any of us were born, but Life with Archie and Afterlife with Archie were great.

I appreciate everything about this post.

The problem with Veronica is what makes her attractive is her selfish bitchy personality

However its canon that her Father's Factories are all environmentally friendly

I was kinda hoping when Veronica took over the business she'd go full on Neo-Capitalism and make all her factory locations into huge horror locations that would be like snuff to Captain Planet

I'd say the decade when it was publicly held; from around '72 to '83 since a lot of the artists and writers were at their peak and the editorial staff was letting them get away with more.

Veronica would be more attractive to you if she made her family's factories were big polluters?

I can't pretend to have read a ton of Archie, but the Dan Decarlo stuff seems to be the best.

I got a few of the Best Of books and his stories tend to be a cut above the rest.

And if she drove a Hummer H2

Ate nothing but Corporate Processed Monsanto Approved Foods

Run her factories on Slave Labour

Passionate love for Cigars

And tried to manipulate Betty to think the exact same way

You're the guy who made all those Evil Capitalist Asami/RWBY Girl fan comics, aren't you?

Yeah its him alright. now post more betty x veronica need my fix

Always interesting to see such a specific fetish, like that tile guy.

I'd post some but they're not very fitting to a thread like this.

...

Well I mean if you think about it Veronica is objectively better in every conceivable way to Betty

Storytime this OP.

As far as I know, it is just a cover.

The bottom of the page is really what sells it.

Yuri is always nice especially corrupted Yuri

The more puriest of OTP

This took me a moment to get until I asked myself what typically occurs after someone expresses being hot and uncomfortable... and then recalled what typically occurs after that.

I'm more concerned about the fact that Archie is about to get raped.

I don't see why Jughead Marries Hamburgers is the extra story here. No one cares about Archie's love triangle anymore.

Reggie rescues/cockblocks Archie at the last moment.

>No one cares about Archie's love triangle anymore.
Yes, but the big story is that they are finally putting that plotline to rest and in a way which would have been inconceivable for most of the franchise's history. Also, Jughead and Hamburgers have been common law married for years.

Is archie trying to use nostalgia to try to get back into the limelight?

And cut down the rainforest to make sandwich picks right?

Sixties was Dan DeCarlo at his prime. Seventies saw the general sexiness toned down.

source? I looked for this issue, but I never found.

>Sixties was Dan DeCarlo at his prime. Seventies saw the general sexiness toned down.

They definitely started ramping up sexy imagery as the '70s went by with it peaking with the introduction of Cheryl Blossom in '82 and then falling off two years later when the company went private again.

was from around '74.

I love Veronica's hair in that

>Archie doesn't choose because he actually loves bitches fighting over him
I thought he was just the original harem stereotype, but he's just cruel

Considering Archie vs. Predator just came out, right now.

...

>that Sonny & Cher joke

Brilliant.

I don't like how Waid has turned Reggie into a the villain of his Archie book. That sort of thing is fine for AwA since that setting needs the somebody in the human group to act stupid or maliciously for the plot to happen, but it is unnecessary in a mainline-ish Archie book.

They're all kinda great for different reasons, but I haven't read any since about 2004.
When reading digests with mixes of all eras, I really like the 70s ones. 60s are really good too, but just so out dated it seems with the fashion and plots
i like all archie though, except Lil Archie. Even the lame ass Archie 3000 is better

>it's a archie double digest
>ask dad for it
>okay sure whatever
>read it
>it's...okay
>get a few more
>grandma finds out I like archie when I bring one to her place
>calls my great uncle whosit
>he gives me 3 boxes of them
>he doesn't read them he just buys them, what the fuck
>reading these teenager stories throughout elementary and middle school
>expecting it to prepare me at least a little for high school
and it didn't fucking come close at all whatsoever. What are these people writing? Did school used to be like that?
I'm almost 28 now, almost two decades of archie and none have been relevant. I love it, but still, it's like they're written from a similar planet where everybody is nice.

maybe Sega was dead, but Microsoft wasn't?

This is one weird manga.

Hey Sup Forums?

We got somethin for ya!

It's nice to feel wanted.

Totally by accident "Ra-nee" *almost* makes some sense in Japanese.

Yeah, if she was someone's older sister.
