Got a Yamaha 5.1 for that money, with in built radio tuner and like 50 different DSP settings.
Miles ahead of any soundbar for the money, look into one of those, just takes half an afternoon to set up is all.

I tried the Samsung HW-K560 when it was on sale. Audio quality was muddled and there were a lot of details missing when listening to music. Even my old Corsair SP2500 speakers were much better.
Ended up returning it.

I gave my dad a Vizio one a couple of years ago for christmas, we haven't had any problems with it so far. It's sounds pretty good.
