"""villains""" who did nothing wrong

"""villains""" who did nothing wrong

not even a villain desu, he's the unstoppable force of human innovation

I don't know why he's acting like that but it reminds me of the part in The Pest when he goes "I'M BLIIIIIIIND"

did he "see" with those floaty things?

also i wish they talked more about the stuff offworld

This film actually didn't have a villain same with the first one.

Jared Leto's assistant was a villain

idk Luv was kind of needlessly cruel

Harley wasn't a villain. She wanted to change the world

he's probably transhuman with a shitload of implants, including neural ones affecting the way he thinks / speaks

He really didn't even strike me as a villain until he tells Deckard he's going to have him tortured
He seems neutral throughout the movie, all he wants is to make more replicants

I thought he was a cyborg, like he was born human but has gotten a lot of cybernetics

...

he is portrayed as comically vain and sadistic
after watching the film, you will think "humans=BAD replicants=GOOD"
5/10 marginally better than marvel films

>Have a loving waifu
>Gets murdered

joi ;_;

Builds an assistant that keeps secrets from him. Did he implant Peter de Vries tier sociopath's memories into her for shits and giggles. She doesn't even finish Goose off when she beat him.

Is this character a critique of people like Elon Musk
>you now realize her name is an acronym for Jerk Off Instruction genre of porn

Shit thats sad

literally wanted to increase his slave force

If I had to guess, she was designed to advance his interests and carry out his will with a degree of autonomy. Which kind of backfired.

I didn't find Leto's dialogue particularly brilliant, but his portrayal of the character was nevertheless really captivating. Are there any other film characters like this one? Charismatic authorities, visionaries and the like.

Peter Weyland from the Alien series

>floaty things
Just cameras.
