Did anyone go see Blade Runner 2049 alone?

Did anyone go see Blade Runner 2049 alone?

I'm going to tomorrow. This seems like the kind of movie to see alone to be honest

Yes but I ran into 2 of my friends and sat with them

Yeah after a blunt to the head

No, no one saw Blade Runner 2049 period.

I did today. Saw several other loners

I am tomorrow

dont believe Sup Forums's memes,if you are an adult you enjoy the movies better alone.
its not a social thing to do.

I went with friends but I honestly wish I went alone

Best to go see it alone. If you go with a chick be prepared to get asked what's going on every 5 minutes.

Yeah. One other loner and 3 groups of 2.

Went with a friend. I almost always go with friends and they aren't stupid plebs so we just watch the movie and afterwards discuss it.

This 100%. Wanting to see a movie in the theatre with other people is completely pointless.

well, my gf fell asleep when the harrison ford part started, so yeah

9/10 movie, but im not sure chicks dig this future stuff that's hardedged and cold

its more like master and commander 2017

Going tomorrow with my dad. Pretty excited

How does Sup Forums think a chick would react to the hologram/robo prostitute sex scene?

No I took my fiancee

I'll see it on Tuesday

Yeah a bunch of teenage girls sitting in the row behind me kept giggling as soon as I sat down. They also threw popcorn at me throughout the movie.

Jealousy

Did they put their feet on your seat?

I hate it when girls do that.

I did.

I heard some old person remark "That was a weird movie"

Saw it alone earlier today. Don't think there was anybody under 35 there.

Generalizing here but why aren't millennials open to challenging films?

If I do end up going to see it, I'll probably see it alone. I enjoy watching movies alone more than I enjoy watching them with other people.

You fucking liar. You know damn well you don't have a girlfriend.

Yeah, I just got back. You can ask me anything.

Honestly probably this. Wouldn't even be surprised.

I knew it was coming.

Did you pass the penis inspection?

kek

I brought Siri and talked with her throughout the entire movie, so no.

Wanted to watch with my mates honestly, but none of them watch the original and generally wasn't interested on watching the sequel. So had to watch it alone.
Also student price is always great.

was your falcon satisfied with the falconsitting?

I wanted to but it was No Singles Saturday

Same here.

That's a kindly old lady way of saying "That was a bad movie". She's right by the way.

>If you go with a chick be prepared to get asked what's going on every 5 minutes.
I've had to go watch movies a second time by myself in the theater so many times, because of this. Not necessarily because they don't understand what's happening. It's just that they want to talk about the movie with me and be social, while it's happening. I get that women like to talk a lot and I love them, but that's not how you enjoy movies.

me. I went in the afternoon. I have a way to sneak by the no-singles police

>I ran into 2 of my friends and sat with them
get off my board

No she wasnt

An example of three plebs

I hope the normie have thinned out. When I sent there was literally 3 girls yawning throughout the whole film. And when it ended one of them stated that there was top much walking and not enough running.

Care to elaborate? I'd really love to hear your teenage debutante film criticism. I'm sure you're right on the money.

I think it'd be better to do it alone, specially for that movie
I knew its not something a lot of people with children would watch so there was a lot seats to choose from

Had some cunt yawning and complaining how it was too long, lucky the guy close to him told him to piss off. After that, he was quiet.

It was a good treat watching by myself, apart from the heckling. I don't get why dumb cunts would pay for a ticket knowing it'll be nearly 3 hours long.

I went to see it Friday and there were only ~20 people at the IMAX. I think by the middle of this week, odds are you're going to have the theater to yourself. Normies can't stand this kino.

Uh you've only quoted 2 people

Snuck past the line this time but I'm about 6 inches even.
Satisfactorily to be able to enjoy the film.

No. But I just got back from watching it and the plot is horrible, it's just utterly dumb. I have never fell asleep in a movie and I found myself on the brink of falling sleep many many times. It also throws in a bunch of cliches. It ends in a very depressing way and makes you feel like the whole movie is pointless and retarded. Nobody clapped, everyone just sort of giggled to themselves like 'wow...retarded' and got up and left. None of this makes any sense, there really isn't anything to the whole entire plot, it's seriously absurd. Nothing really matters in this movie, it's like a bunch of people running around like morons doing nothing. The resistance, the main protagonists, are actually fighting to do exactly what the replicant maker wants to do. None of it even makes any sense at all. The ending was just like...ok. Why did I just watch this. The only good stuff is that the visuals are ok and it has a similar feeling to the original blade runner and ryan gosling, although looking ridiculous at times, managed to pull off a better than expected performance, but it feels like the movie has seriously bad editing and a half baked plot.

as half-baked as your observations are, you're still making more sense than anyone who gave this film a positive review.

Truly /ourfilm/

In what way did the goose looked ridiculous? He looked great throughout the film
I only noticed the lazy eye when he was being tested the last time. Up until that point, that's when I realized the whole 'goose has asymmetrical face' meme

True

I think I'm about to.

I used to be one of those faggots that came onto Sup Forums and dropped not-so-subtle hints about how I have so many friends.
People suck shit, me too apparently.

Yes. My girlfriend had no interest in it. I'm 32 and every other guy in the theater (Dolby Cinema) was older and by himself.

o-okay

but seriously, this movie is more master and commander than anything in recent memory

>nearest theater is a 50 minute walk
Should I?

my gf thought it was visually done well and that the idea was interesting. i dunno what she thought deep down. i asked her if she had any emotional reaction to Joi being crushed by Luv and she said no. it affected me though cause ana de armas is fucking hot and cause she was so good to the goose ;_;

See it by yourself at 11am so you don't have to deal with *CRACKS OPEN CHIPS* *SHIEET DUDE* during the quite scenes

just watched it alone just now. good movie senpai

Yes. It was totally fine, as usual. I'd rather go alone than try to drag people to a film and feel partially responsible for their enjoyment, especially since most people have absolute shit taste.

this actually. i caught an early showing just for that

>went with 2 girls
>they both fell asleep
>i got to enjoy the movie alone without their whispering

nice

Denis Villekino is real. Just go watch it.

>haven't left the house in over ten months
Should I?

there were no nazis in it, so not really

I would but my theatre banned singles. Last time I tried to buy a ticket and 2 security guards showed up. I left in shame

He's the third.

yeah its horrible

They're bred and socially conditioned by the state and its education and entertainment arms to be sub-sentient cattle.

parents want to go see this movie with me

should i go with them or is it going to be awkward-as-fuck

dad gave me the talk like 5 years too late and never told me anything and has probably not had any sex in 15 years, let alone be vaguely comfortable discussing it or being in the presence of sexual themes with his son

Who here was the autist wearing a crab bib

REAL HUMAN BEAN 2049

I'm considering it. I feel bad that it's not making any money, I'd like to support it.

havnt been to the cinema since elysium going and watch it today or monday

Or have her constantly checking her phone because it's too looooong and nothing's happeniiiiiing

Saw it with my dad, he saw the original in theaters. It's rare he enjoys a movie besides Predator and Hellsing (don't ask me why) but he definitely enjoyed it for what it was.

Whole row to myself. Ironically soon afterwards another guy claimed the whole row ahead of me. Not a popular movie it seems with the plebs.

>yfw you can LARP as K and JOI if you go see the movie alone

Yes most of the people that went were in there alone and scattered throughout

They will be very uncomfortable

When do people ever clap in the cinema? This has to be bait

if you think having your parents around during a movie where there are boobs on screen is a problem, then dont watch it with them. you could also just learn to ignore your parents. if you're an adult, you should definitely learn to ignore them and this could be good practice.

>go to kinoplex
>cashier hands me standard-issue subtitle glasses
>put them on
>the usual projected holographic ads show up at the bottom of the screen
>actors are always highlighted by their name, the words "RYAN GOSLING" follows Officer K everywhere he goes
>replicant dialogue shows up
>font is papyrus
>take glasses off
>warden blows the whistle, people yell at me to put the glasses back on
>sigh

is it important to have seen the first blade runner movie to understand this one?

>Nobody clapped,
Dumb degenerate amerifat, never post again

Yep. Sat on my own at the very front and watched the entire movie without anyone interrupting it by saying "what's happening now?", "What has he been in?" "OH, REALLY!" or "rustle, munch, slurp, burp, etc". I could just lose myself in a well made movie and enjoy it.

how could you enjoy it if you had to sit in the front

There was a qt in the row ahead of me watching it by herself. It was interesting.

>It's called Blade RUNNER, not Blade WALKER!

>Yeah a bunch of teenage girls sitting in the row behind me kept giggling as soon as I sat down. They also threw popcorn at me throughout the movie.

Women are literally monkey-tier animals. I hope they will get replaced by JOI's soon.

i went alone but it was nice because the theater i go to caters to your seat so you can drink beer while watching. it was relaxing

Yeah..I planned to go watch it with my girlfriend but she dumped me a day before so I went alone, this movie hit me like a bag of bricks

pleb

I will on Tuesday

going to tomorrow in the morning

No, I saw it with my dad.

watched the first part alone jyst now

I considered going with company but decided against it. Dodged a fucking bullet. Blade Runner 2049 is peak women-will-never-understand-core

I recognise that eye!
