>Basic premise is that 'Flashpoint' is a stealth-Justice League film, set in 2018, using elements of Flashpoint, and Red Son >Barry Allen, after a failed attempt at wowing Iris, and then visiting his father in jail the day of his mother's birthday, decides to "selfishly" use his powers for his own gain >Travels back in time to prevent his mothers death and his father's incarceration >In traveling back to 2018 Barry is reuinited with his mother, but quickly realises the world is vastly different >Due to his time travel shenanigans, weather patterns and the earth's rotation were affected and the political climate is different >Kal El crashlanded in Soviet Russia, and as a result, Superman is used as a catch-all detterent while Soviet Russia and the United States are equal, but strained, super powers >Bruce Wayne's parents were never murdered (although they died off camera of natural causes), leaving Bruce Wayne as a happy but brash philanthropist, and weary of Superman's strength and willingness to be used by the Russians >Diana, although leaving the island, never became active in the world scene due to the use of Superman in keeping world peace >Cyborg had his accident but his father has kept him in a coma (brief scene) as opposed to using the Mother Box, Barry visits him but acknowledges there will be downsides to the new timeline >Aquaman is a reluctant General in Ocean Masters army with nothing to do (brief scene) >Barry lives happily in what is basically a crimeless utopia with his mother and father, as a happy family for a while >Superman, living in a monitored apartment in Stalingrad, begins suffering from headaches and begins to remember the original timeline, confusing him, eventually he leaves Stalingrad but is hunted down by KGB who have Kryptonite weaponry on hand >Barry begin's noticing in the news that there are more and more people having unexplained aneurysms coupled with irrational and insane behaviour
Jeremiah Gomez
>Barry deduces that because he has memories of his original timeline due to the time travel, "shreds" of the original timeline still exist and are causing the aneurysms when the original memories begin to manifest in people's minds >Barry tries to correct this with more time travel shenanigans, but fails due to an unknown figure (Thawne) >Barry tries to contact Bruce Wayne, who is concerned about the aneurysms and believes it is as a result of Superman, Barry then tries to meld Bruce's original memories with his new ones, with mixed results, and Bruce becomes concerned that Barry is working with the Russians >Barry uses his speed to search for Diana and tries the same thing, however Diana believes him after regaining memories related to Steve Trevor with Barry's help, and they devise a plan to try and correct the timeline >Bruce, who has been using his philthropist background as a front to stockpile weapons to fight Superman, readies a power suit reminiscent of Iron Man >Eventually, Barry's mother dies to an aneurysm and with her last words whispers the name "Thawne" to Barry, while Diana attempts to understand how the timeline's were changed >Barry, reading through thousands of medical and crime records, finds out about Eobard Thawne and how he disappeared after an accident suspiciously like the one that gave him his powers, and tries again to reset the timeline using Diana's method, this time observing the scene rather than acting, and catching Thawne from preventing him from reseting the timeline in what sounds like a confusing scene where Flash exists with 2 other versions of himself at the same time >Thawne escapes and travels to another timeline, telling Barry to follow him and "You'll know when" >Back in the Flashpoint timeline, Bruce, in an untraceable drone, lands in Soviet Russia and awaits Superman, who is still MIA from Stalingrad, resulting in KGB units attempting to take him down, although they fail
Henry Butler
>Learning that Superman is MIA from spy satelites, the US President takes the opportunity to launch a tactical nuclear missile at Moscow, although Superman returns and prevents the strike, but refuses to retaliate, and is brought down by the KGB >Batman, using tracking tech, picks up on the weakened Superman and engages him, while they are fighting, the US readies another tactical nuclear strike >Barry, still in between timelines, uses his abilities to reach out to Bruce, Superman and Diana simultaneously and tells them although they don't remember him, he is going to sacrifice himself to reset the timeline, triggering Bruce and Superman to regain their original timeline memories >Bruce and Superman stop fighting and work together to prevent the nuke, acknowledging the changed timeline and their regained memories, coming to the conclusion that this timeline might still exist when Barry is gone >Barry travels to the end of time, where Thawne is waiting for him, and after a confrontation, succeeds in forcing Thawne to disintegrate himself from time itself >Because Barry followed Thawne to the end of time and now Thawne never existed, he begins to disintegrate as well, although he chooses not to give up and apparently outruns death itself coming for him >The timeline is reset, the Justice League retain memories from both timelines, and Barry succeeds in getting a date from Iris

Taking the best part of Flashpoint out of Flashpoint?
Jayden Brown
I hope so. This thread is as fake as pornstar boobs.

>Protip - it's a fucking mess

Can you imagine wasting all the time OP wasted on this?
Ethan Howard
I think the most important question is who wins the fight this time
Eli Evans
I hope it's like WWE where Superman gets his win back. Like Hulk Hogan.
Tyler Russell
Red Son Supes won his fight against Batman. They should have Batman lose this time just to trigger Batautists.
Oliver Flores
Red Son Superman lost his fight, actually.
Russian hat wearing Batman had Red Son Superman weakened and almost died to rights, along with a misguided Wonder Woman wrapped in her own lasso, since Russian hat wearing Batman didn't wanted her to get involved or hurt. He knew Red Son Superman was using her like everyone else.
Red Son Superman started to beg for her help and goading her. So she broke her own lasso, losing her immortality and good looks, and rescued Red Son Superman. Russian hat wearing Batman than an hero'd himself.
Later on misguided Wonder Woman turned on Red Son Superman after finally having her eye opened thanks to the whole experience.
Nathaniel Russell
That would be great.
Ethan Turner
Can't remember much about Red Son, but the ending was kino and I'd rather see a full adaptation than it slammed together with Flashpoint
Joshua Flores
What else can ya tell us, huh OP? Anything about how the suits will look?
And how's DC handling this wreck? Because this Flashpoint thing is probably the most retarded thing I've ever heard. I mean, you don't even have Thomas Wayne's Batman.
>inb4 I'm taking this too seriously You can't blame me for believing Warner Bros. would be dumb enough to do it, though.
Austin Sullivan
Everything I know is from a half baked script treatment, as far as I know it's not entered production although most actors are signed on
Hunter Flores
Man, you're right, then -- it IS a fucking mess. A shame too. I wasn't planning on seeing Justice League but I was holding out for Flashpoint to be pretty good and to fix things up. Fuck.
Thanks for enlightening us, OP.

Superman in the DCCU crash lands in 1980. the soviet union was already dead by that point.
also why would Diana who left the island during ww1 not be active because of some boy born 70 years after she left?
Thomas Allen
>Beginning to remember is original timeline Stopped reading Even for a moron this doesn't have any sense, Btw I was really hoping for the Red son getting a movie
Easton Thompson
Protip - this is fake.
Carson Sullivan
>no director >probably no script >won't have anything to do with the comic besides Flash changing history to save his moms
IF (and thats a big IF) they ever make it...its going to be Flash stopping Zoom from killing his mother and Flash ending up in some WACKY screwBall universe with Batdad and JokerMom. Bad Wondy too (probably) Flash fixes history and learns not to screw around with time (basic time travel flick) BatDad gives Flash a note for Bruce
very emotional ending where Ben Affleck gets the note from the flash. (meaning Ben only has to show up for a few days of shooting a film and spend the rest of the time drinking)
Colton Hernandez
Is just adapting flashpoint and changing a few things too hard for WB?

>Aquaman is a reluctant General in Ocean Masters army with nothing to do (brief scene) fucking dropped. Literally the best thing in Flashpoint is based Arthur being a ruthless emperor who fights a sadistic Diana on a battle for world domination between Atlantis and Themyscira. Even fucking Orm and Black Manta work for him.
