Lol building muscle tissue with proper training and diet literally only takes a couple of months. I know a few physique guys who went on a show after a couple months training, legs will obviously be neglected. He also doesnt have that much mass, he looks like hes at about 12 bodyfat. He'd look alot smaller if he was dieting properly.
