Bully thread?

It's almost like gag shows are built on gags

>Bully character becomes a protagonist

>Bully character
>You're supposed to feel sorry for him because of a sob story sub-plot

You see, bullies only bully because they are bullied themselves by bad parents.

How often does that happen? Yin Yang Yo did it, but it's the only one I know of immediately.

seriously, what the hell ever happened to Francis?
aside from that, bully characters are all nothing but a bunch of lil bitches.

>YYY
Which character?

It's usually super hero type shows that do it. Ben 10 for example.

i don't think they do that in cartoons.

>Bully character
>you aren't supposed to feel sorry for him because he's an unrepentant asshole, but you still end up liking him because he's not a dick about it

>i don't think they do that in cartoons.
Half of Spider-man's side characters start out as dicks to him.

>Bully becomes a bro
>Bully becomes a bro but keeps bullying to keep appearances

flash is still kind of an asshole

Bakugou's arc in hero academia has been really great. From the very start he's a classic bully, because he's a genius at pretty much everything and other people piss him off.

Then he gets into the academy with Deku and bam, he's surrounded by geniuses, people think his anger issues are hilarious, and he's constantly failing because it turns out there's more to being a hero than blowing things up.

Seeing him be forced to mature and grow and find things out about himself that he didn't know has been great.

Roger Jr.

I've noticed most characters named Francis are assholes.

i guess

I hate you user.

Only ever seen this done right once and even then it opened up all sorts of other questions.

True

>bully character
>has surprisingly good grasp of the english language
>frequently speaks in articulate and highfalutin way

FP

Buford from Phineas and Ferb.

Kuwabara best boy

>Bully is stupid

Can you blame him he doesn't have much of a leg to stand on.

>Bully character is surprisingly cultured/intelligent/deep with a plethora of oddly high cultured interests and a tendency to be eloquent every now and then.
>Still acts like a bully despite this

Not only, often because they are sociopathic assholes or underclass ethnic assholes.

...

When has this ever happened.

Binky and Buford

Nelson has his moments

especially the sad ones

>Kuwabara.

Pretty much all of the MCs in YYH were antiheroes, hell Yusuke himself was a delinquent and bully, and despite being a rival in the beginning Kuwabara was more or less the most virtuous MC on the show.

>Not posting superior buddy bully

it's fun how he goes from the bulliest of all those examples to a butler of sorts. Also hair cut gag.

...

...

I wish more people knew about Yu Yu Hakusho.

>that satisfying ending

...

>Bully finally admits his feels and starts dating the guy he bullies

Yeah I do give the writers credit for fleshing him out a bit.

>bully becomes a protagonist and a bro
>nerd becomes an antagonist and a manipulative bastard

...

what show was this guy from again?

stupid hair boy does tests for his awful sisters?

(back in black starts playing)

Kek

what non-american comic

oh, whipcrack

Cowboy Bebop, methinks. Feel free to point and laugh if I'm wrong.

You're wrong

Shaman King

This out of all of them he was the purest was being blackmailed to steal paid for it and claimed he stole it guy lives by a code.

Francis, Dash, Buzz - what are some other popular bully names?

Jason.

Sid

Jesus Christ, why isn't this ever in the forgotten show/movie threads?

>Bully character introduced in the first episode who antagonizes the protagonist
>The further you get into the series, you start to realize that it was the protagonist who purposefully instigated this relationship by being a dick in the past
>You end up liking the bully more than the protagonist
>One of the protagonists friends eventually calls them out on it and the protagonist is forced to try and fix their fuck up finally

You mean Ajax?

To be fair, niggers are unsurprisingly #1 in the various forms of child abuse.

I'd be a bully too if I had a bitch name

>conquistador name
>bitch name

I bet you have some kike name like David or Michael or something.

>means free
>French background
What are the French best known for? Protip, it's not freedom

Bullshit, this has never happened

SpongeBob, except for the protagonist actually owning up to his behavior part.

>>Bully character introduced in the first episode who antagonizes the protagonist
>>The further you get into the series, you start to realize that it was the protagonist who purposefully instigated this relationship by being a dick in the past
Well this part is true of Sakura and Ino in Naruto...it doesn't really do much of anything after revealing that everything was Sakura's fault, though.

...

>Bully girl terrorizes the school
>Main character is tired of this shit and a man up to stop her
>She falls in love with the main character
>She still terrorizes the school and now also harass the main character everyday

> That episode where this faggot whips out a fucking chainsaw in a 1v1 fistfight with Johnny

yes, good contribution, user

>School Bully not so tough since being molested

It shows up in fetish and shota threads

>rival bully becomes absolutely pathetic over time
Rad likes to eat poop

I honestly think that Dipper could whoop Robbie's ass.

Shaman King was fucking amazing
>That graveyard scene with the crazy doctor

If you're a bully, nobody cares what else you are, nor should they.

Never seen someone so willing to fight and die in order to fight their "BEST PLACE".

The dramatization film episode had me in stitches.

Thats auctualy pretty realistic

Or they're just frustrated and spoiled teens.

The one time it has been done well

Nah, he's alright.

Ryu is fucking based

I fucking hate Kevin. Hated him more for going out with Gwen.

That entire fight was amazing
>All of a sudden, Berserk-tier gore in a Shonen anime

Each bully type has only been done right once
>bully is friends with the protagonist
Buford (maybe flash sometimes)
>bully is only a bully because there parents are shit
Diamond tiara (although this one makes you wonder what the fuck her father saw in her mother hes such a nice guy and shes a total fucking bitch)
>Bully has suprising depth
Nelson

>bully character who has two traits (being a bully and also being a scalie)

youtube.com/watch?v=D4mMnA4o0no

I really liked that episode. Probably my personal favorite.

Back in your containment board, furfag.

She is also into fashion judging by her sweet outfit

>side buddy character becomes antagonist. soon becomes the main hero of the series.

what other shows have done this? or something similar to it?

Why, Francis?

Scalies don't have fur, though.

phineas & ferb doesn't get enough credit for it's character building. i'd say it's plot was more interesting than most of today's directly plot based shows like SU.

I'd make sweet love to that crock

More or less what happens in kamen rider gaim.

>Bully is extremely intelligent and well spoken, and treats bullying like a business

Shannon is a god tier bully.

you must be new here.
