ITT: New regulations for Sup Forums

If you haven't noticed Sup Forums's quality has deeply decreased over the past couple of months, with people spouting the same memes over and over again, people just posting a screen shot from their phone of an article going "lol" or using the same old copy paste thread "lol drumpf" or fucking facebook memes going "you cant dispute this"

So lets make some new rules for Sup Forums to try and make Sup Forums great again
