We do mate, we originally used it fully but then an EU directive came in saying that it was basically illegal to use it, so ever since we've used a mixture of the two in a bit of a rebellious way

For distance, weight, height, milk, beer and gauge its imperial. Road signs are exclusively imperial. Everything else is metric, but people forced by the EU to use metric just use both. Now they'll go back to imperial exclusively.
