Bunker gear total usually weighs 70 lbs, that isn't counting the weight of the hose or the strength required to control it. She isn't an asset but a liability- a big part of fireman training is being able to rescue another downed fireman in a blaze within a short period of time. That little girl isn't going to be able to wear her bunker gear, SCBA, and carry a 200 lb fireman on her back. She is worthless desu, only good for attaching hoses or working on a box.
