After doing extensive research on the whole Social Justice Warrior gimmick, I've come to the conclusion, that Social Justice Warriors are bullies.
Why?, you may ask. Well it's because they enjoy what they're doing. Take a look at any video or picture you can find of a social justice warrior going at it, and look at the faces of these 'progressives'. They're all smiling.
This is primitive behavior. These people are bullies. Do not be swayed by this 'progressive' rethoric.
Social Justice Warriors get massive hard ons or stiff nipples when confronting people.
Feminist and even MGTOW are bullies. They destroy the relations between both genders. MGTOW don't trust woman and Feminist don't trust men.

So use mental violence then as they do, if you are pro at that. But a good beat down is sometimes appropriate when dealing with bullies. They base their actions on assumption you do not kick their teeth in when they drop their guard for a second.
