it's as good as Curb has ever been. A lot of forced junk, but there are gems. During the season there will be at least two genuinely brilliant moments.

But it sucks, it's as bad or worse than season 8. Should've stopped at season 7, which were in some ways the natural conclusion.
Now it's just a self-aware caricature of itself, which is what tends to happen if something gets popular and go on for too long.
