Another thing, moot said before retiring that he told the mods to take it easy. but they don't seem to follow the advice. they act upon their feelings and personal choice. for eg. even a mention of anime can lead to 3 day ban while video game threads stay for hours even though it is full of children because mods play video games too.
now i don't watch anime but i'm saying mods should follow the rules and occasionaly take it easy as long as quality is not compromised

Don't take the flags. They're fairly important for some topics that are not shitposting, like the one "Generation Identity" thread, plus I think removing them might actually increase shitposting, since everybody can pretend to be from somewhere (inb4 proxy. yes, but it's more of an effort thus less likely compared to no flags at all).

I don't really see a problem with IDs, but maybe we can try without them for a while, but I can already see how the "samefag"-posts will come back. Right now the IDs are very handy for that kind of stuff and prevent offtopic faggotry about who's the real samefag.

Flags+IDs are fine and add alot to board culture, only people I've seen that don't like them are shills and people that get teased (mexican intellectuals, leafs, korea, brazilians)
