Yellow would work as an aura colour for him, but it would have to be a pretty shocking yellow to stand out against the new armour.
But then again the only other hint we have is that white flash in volume 1, and white would be much harder to see, so I doubt they'll go with a weird colour

For Ironwood, I think a steel grey could work, but if you're seeing an aura flare chances are their aura is broken, so you might want something that will stand out a lot more against Ironwood's clothes

It's not that. People here are just really really fucking annoyed by the idea of Jaune catching up to the main cast skill wise.
Which is stupid from both a narrative standpoint and even bizarrely enough a realistic one.
He is a protagonist. We might not like it but he is and in anime cliche him training up to everyone elses level is to be expected.
Also on a related note I kind of find it funny that his development path is stunningly similar to what people see as the more stable long term strategy.
