God, I so want to believe that Russia is promised land, but it seems like another post-communist shithole
that only converts to about 400 usd.
still fuck those cunts that gave them the fine.
Are all roads in Russia very bad?
> seems like another post-communist shithole
Good morning
>gib me your shekels
>its less than 400 usd

What is the outlook for the future? Chances of improving?
> Are all roads in Russia very bad?
Depends on finance situation in region. In many areas it's a shit, which was not repaired since 90s.
Wait a sec, does this mean that the libertarians just won the "muh roads" argument?
Kek/10
I think it does.
Statist cucks roads argument confirmed DEBUNKED
You can't just go out there and fix roads without a proper authorization anywhere not only in Russia. Are you dumb lol?
> Chances of improving?
We have 2 goals:
1. Stop being oil economy
2. Clear government
If at least one of this will become real we will be fine in future
I'd talk shit but unfortunately our government isn't much better.

>dude uses craftsman skills to make his home self sustainable
>Own water, own electricity generation, etc.
>Government condemns his home for being off grid
By doing good you get punished. What a shame. Godspeed my russkiebros under that regime tho.
>Get fined 383 dollars the cost of a fucking Xbox
Why is this a big deal?
...
>diversify the economy
eh
>remove corruption
EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
might as well put contact with extraterrestial life as a third point
Hasn't Putin sorta cracked down on Corruption?
There was some estimate that you need 1 TRILLION $ to fix up all of your infrastructure.
shit, your right.
Contact with extraterrestrial life is more likely.
They got a "fine" because its the law, but the actual ammount appears to be more or less symbolic. I mean its 340 euros.... that a whole community has to split. Its fucking nothing.
Average paycheck in Russia is a near 500$
Median paycheck on Russia is 11500(180$) rubles from Rosstat statistics (median means that 50% of population get paycheck lower than this)
Sort of. There's basically different factions of oligarchs in Russia, Putin's crackdown on corruption concerns the opposing groups
The group that he is part of still has the ability to do whatever
You realize how far that 383 bucks goes in Russia? It's a very different economy over there.
>>municipality don't want to repair roads in street yard
>>Residents did it by themselves
Libertarian paradise, everyone.
This fine is aimed at a community right? So the fine will be split by x amount of people.
similar stories happen in poland, its just the autistic communist mindset.
It sounds like wafflestomping the corruption out of all levels of government is the thing - councils would actually do their job and fix the roads and the upper levels would give a fuck about diversifying the economy, instead of just sucking the wealth out of a broken system. I'd love to see it happen but god knows how it would. I guess it's amazing Russia is still a functioning country given it's clusterfuck of a history.
> This fine is aimed at a community right?
No, I think they're bring an action to GAI because of this fine, because:
1. They have refuse of municipality
2. Roads of street yard are under housing cooperative response
Otherwise they can just DON'T pay this fine.
In all fairness 25 thousand roubles is like 50 dollars
> 25 thousand roubles is like 50 dollars
At least I know now that my education was not bad, especially math
Your applied memetics education was bad.
its as simple as people arent suppose to use those roads. i know "why have them if people arent suppose to use them" but the world isnt that simple sunshine
we are in a coldwar state. supply routes in towards russia are cut in some cases to slow down any travel closer. its not even something they oppose
>cracked down on Corruption?
He _is_ corruption. He is at the top of the pyramid of corruption, collecting form everyone.
This
Who's going to stomp out muh corruption from the government if most people themselves happily give and take bribes and would do it even more if they managed to become government officials?
