Tomyris not so much, mostly because she is a totally mythical character. I dispute Catherine de Medici being leader of France, but she was ok. Would have preferred Louis IX or Charlemange.

I think they're going for leaders they haven't used in previous games (excepting Gandhi, who's the face of the series, and Pedro II and Montezuma, whose countries have no one else usable). Boudicca showed up in Civ 5, so the Celts would need a new person.

I believe that they should add Eleutherios Venizelos as leader of Greece, he was the most based leader we ever had and doubled the country's territory. Pericles was the leader of the Athenian Republic and de factories leader of the Delian League, not Greece as a whole.

Pericles is okay because the normies would never know what an Athens is, Harald Hardrada is okay, Frederick Barbarossa is acceptable at most(they still could've had a better leader like Charlemagne or hell even Herman the German), the Asian leaders are okay(Holy shit Shi Huang looks hilarious), Mvemba a Nzigga is okay because there were African civilizations in history(watch him be the best in the game), the American leaders are fine(Why no Jorge Rafael Videla though), and the rest of Europe is fine.
The game is still going to be shit based off of the gameplay trailers but at least the leaders are semi-decent.

Caesar was based don't get me wrong but he took a lot of lands vs. an enemy that was collapsing from within he had no real opposition. All the others achieved real foreign or domestic coups.
