Is it just me or was this a weird, souless thing to appeal to the Chinese? A bunch of people died in the film, and Tom Cruise could've instantly brought all of them back to life, but instead we got more of the shitty comic relief man. It was just an immensely puzzling moment, and didn't mesh well emotionally or culturally. It feels like a joke for an entire different kind of society or person. More and more of these weird little idiosyncrasies have been popping up in movies the past few years, and it must be because they work better overseas.

mummy, dealing with extremally repetitive material, still tries to provide something new compared to 15 other incarnations. very well done on technical aspects too. this wont get old or dated in next 5-10 or more years, they took really nice attention to details, special effects and only finished them with CGI.
if You don't like it, ok feel free to but provide arguments and flaws instead shitting. for me, as big mummy enthusiast, it was good enough, not perfect but fine

in alternate they show her forcefully walked out by guards when child is born, it perfectly shows how her status went from royal to pleb, why they didn't use this cut in final movie is beyond logic
