Thoughts on their movies? Mostly people only talk about DC & Marvel (MCU)
X-men

They all fucking suck.
X2 > Days of Future Past > X-Men > Deadpool > First Class > Logan >> The Wolverine > Apocalypse >> Wolverine Origins
You forgot X3 user
X2 > Apocalypse > X-Men > DOFP > First Class > X3 > The Wolverine > Origins
FOX is unironically at the top of the pack where superhero movies are concerned.
The only bad ones have been X-Men 3 and Wolverine Origins, and IMO Origins is thoroughly enjoyable as a so-bad-it's-good throwback to '80s action schlock.
X2, Days of Future Past, and Logan are all god-tier kino.
X-Men 1, First Class, and Apocalypse are fun action movies, and Deadpool is a great quippy comedy done right (not like MCU capeshit trash).
I look forward to every new X-Men movie. Can't say the same about MCU or DCEU.
Oh and the Jappo Wolverine movie was alright. Not great, but decent.
First two Xmen movies were good, everything else ranges from mediocre to shit
>he thinks Logan was shit
we all did
they're all shit except Logan and are a disgrace to their comic characters
No I think it was mediocre, try reading
breddy gud
The X-Men comic characters became a disgrace before any of the movies.
The Fassbender trilogy is good. The rest are shit. Logan and Deadpool are two sides of the same juvenile entertainment.
>Logan
>juvenile
How?
It's Reddit.
>dude they say "fuck" a lot it's super mature
Genuinely kill yourself
It's a movie about fatherhood and accepting responsibility as a man. How is that juvenile?
Logan is possibly one of the best capeflicks of all time, but it's funny because it doesn't even really feel like that category.
It was great film
>Thinking The Wolverine is better than Origins
Way to spot a pleb
X2 = DOFP > X3 > Logan > Apocalypse > First Class > X1 > Wolverine Origins >>> The Wolverine
Origins is a hilarious schlock movie. It hits every cliche in the book. Pure comfiness.
But objectively speaking, it is total shit. Jappo Wolverine simply wins by default.
Right. Dr.Strange was quips, magic, and predictable as fuck.
GotG 2 had some really, REALLY cringey moments. I like the MCU movies, but I don't love them.
X-men movies have been creative and inventive and take risks. Apocalypse wasn't that good, but it stays with you at least. Im looking forward to new mutants and x-force.
X-Men movies are how comic book movies should be imo,
I liked Apocalypse better than most did. It wasn't a great movie and I recognize that, but it was alright.
I kinda liked the first trilogy. Logan's good and japan one is tolerable. Future past is decent and its sequel is kinda okay.
Overall I like them more than either marvel that remakes 1 movie, or dc
It's a childish play on Trump dystopia with ridiculous liberal stereotypes of how the world works to the point where the "gritty" look of the film comes off as dishonest and overly nihilistic. People say BvS is too grim, bullshit. That one is optimistic as fuck compared to the overly dreary depression induced on the Logan writers because Trump won.
X-1 and X-2 were good for their time. The rest have always been shit. Except Logan.
I probably should say that the reason I like the trilogy is Xavier/Magneto/Wolverine.
Those carried the movie. The Beast was fun too
X2 > First Class > Days of Future Past > LOGAN > X-Men > Deadpool > The Wolverine > Apocalypse > Origins > that one movie with Brett Ratner
I liked Apocalypse too. It felt like an actual big-budget superhero film. Too many Marvel movies just comes off as incredibly cheap. I'll give gay man Singer credit for actually selling a proper cinema experience.
Are you fucking retarded? The movie came out in March of this year. It was fully written and shot well before Trump won.

Whether Trump had become president or not and attempted to ban immigrants from seven predominantly Muslim countries, his shadow clearly fell across the screenwriting process of Logan. He entered the presidential race by suggesting that many Mexican immigrants were rapists in 2015, and ended that same year by encouraging a complete (and unconstitutional) Muslim ban.
When I spoke with Mangold in February about this very issue, he was aware that the stirring of dark forces in American culture had splashed over into Logan.
“We’re just trying to reflect our world,” Mangold told me. “This movie, we finished writing the last full script was just about a year ago... and the politics of both what was happening in Europe and in USA were all around us while making the movie.”
Translation: They fed some topical bullshit to liberal industry rags as a marketing strategy.
They all kinda suck.
>X-Men was great for its time, but it has aged like milk
>X2 is probably the only legitimately good one, and even then, 9/10ths of that is based on faithfulness to the source material, which doesn't earn you brownie points in 2017
>X3 is unmitigated shit
>Origins Wolverine is balls
>First Class is only good because it doesn't carry the series' baggage up to this point
>Days of Future Past is good, pulpy, cheesy fun, but in no way an actual good movie
>The Wolverine is crap
>Logan is the only ACTUALLY good movie in the whole series, and it basically endcaps the entire franchise, and makes any future sequels/prequels pointless and creatively moot.
