So after the avalanche killed all the rest of the human the only one left was Nova. Do you guys think the apes have enough compassion to not let human go extinct? If they choose to not let human go extinct that means When Nova is come of age (age 12) she will have the full body capacity to bare children correct? Sure, if the ape was to reproduce with her the end result will not be Human but human-ape hybrid and of course, to make sure the hybrids will have a chance to multiply Nova will have to bare many many children and to avoid mutations she must be impregnated by many different apes, orangutans, gorilla to ensure diversity into the future.

It's a shame how this movie devolved into cliches and conveniences to save the heroes, the trilogy really peaked with Dawn.Yeah, I get that the avalance is like the Red Sea drowning Pharaoh's troops because Caesar is ape Moses, but it was derivative and way too convenient.

The Colonel's death was handled well though.
