What does Sup Forums think of The Wailing?

ZOMBIE KINO:

DAWN OF THE DEAD 2004
DAWN OF THE DEAD 1978
DAY OF THE DEAD 1985
NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD 1990
RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD 1985
RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD II 1988
28 DAYS LATER
28 WEEKS LATER
CEMETERY MAN
RE-ANIMATOR
THE DEAD NEXT DOOR
THE BATTERY
LA HORDE
REC
BIOZOMBIE

DO NOT WATCH "ZOMBIE II" I REPEAT DO NOT WATCH ZOMBIE 2, IT IS PURE SHIT!

JUST SAY NO TO FULCI

recommend me some comfy reptilian horror kino

>YOU FUCKING HO-DUNK, PO-DUNK, WELL THEN THERE MOTHERFUCKERS!

But really now, Billy Zane was amazing in Demon Knight.

The exorcism scene is pure kino.

You say don't watch Zombi II yet you recommend garbage like the Dawn of the Dead Remake and the 28 Days Later films which aren't even technically zombies.

Objective zombie kino list coming through

The first 10 minutes of 28 weeks later is better than zombie 2 film in its entirety

>Do you know what it's like to be strangled to death?

Absolute kino scene in an otherwise fucking trash film

I wont bully you this time since NOTLD 1990 is on there

what the hell

this is great

The first 10 minutes play as any basic zombie story in which the main character doesn't know what's going on. It's been done before. At least Zombi II added some innovation to the genre whereas 28 Days did nothing new or unique

>The first 10 minutes play as any basic zombie story in which the main character doesn't know what's going on

>literally never seen 28 weeks later: the post

Not like you could anyway. Other guy's list didn't even have the original NotLD.
this.

Wow. I had absolutely NO expectations for this film and it still managed to disappoint me. Truly a terrible movie.

At least I have a new low to judge bad horror movies by.

>28 weeks later
Seen. Literally not good. Also pretty forgettable

>this.

kill yoursewlf retard, the first 10 minutes of 28 weeks later isn't a character that doesn't know whats going on

you little bootlicking faggot

>you havent seen shit, you described the first 10 minutes totally wrong

Go watch some youtube videos then come back to pretend like you know what you're talking about

I thought he said 28 Days Later, you autist. Who even remembers the sequel.

>Who even remembers the sequel.

Every kino-sewer on earth

Why are you samefagging. You made your post already.

samefagging implies im trying to pretend to be someone else, fuck off spideyman

>Shaun of the Dead
>Zombieland
>kino
u wot nigger

...

Then why do you feel obligated to repeat the same shit after already saying it in a previous post.

Shaun of the Dead is kino. Zombieland.. Not so much. Been wanting to replace it for awhile.

The wrong should fear the strong.

I agree with SotD but Zombieland really needs to be taken off that list

John Carpenter's The Thing is the greatest Science Fiction Horror film ever made.

post the vampire kino list plz

fear the spastic is more like it. Goteem

ight then. Reminder to avoid 30 Days of Night.

>Science Fiction Horror

Someone make a chart. That's my favorite horror sub-genre.

I have never heard of this until recently. Apparently there is a series of movies. Looks like it has really cool effects but the ratings for it is a bit confusing. It has a good IMDB rating but it also has a 20% on RT. Is this any good?

I feel like Bella Thorne is in every horror movie I watch these days.
Who did the fuck to get all those roles?

Aberration

Begotten is better as webms and gifs than as a movie imo

good on E. Elias for getting people to watch it tho

Currently watching Netflix's 1922. The lead guy is great.

Quite enjoying this year of King kino.

Stop relying on shit sites and just watch it. Form your own opinion, idiot.

>Night of the Creeps

my uncle rented this up when I was a wee lad and it was one of my first kinos and he definitely should not have let me watch it at that age but then that's why he was my favorite uncle

Zombieshit is boring low-quality garbage.

It's really good.
RT is crap, especially for older and lesser known movies since it has a smaller panel of reviews to agregate.
You should know it by now.

you forgot rec 2

Dude must love Stephen King, he's been in a bunch of his adaptations already.

thx I forgot to save it the other day.

So far I've seen the lost boys, From dusk till dawn, interview with a vampire, blade, what we do in the shadows, 30 days of night(long time ago). Going to try get Frightnight and vampires down tonight.

is pandorum worth watching?

>reptillian
Rogue.

It's an Australian film about a gian croc. It has a lot of twists and turns that break normal creature flm tropes (people that you don't expect to live do, and vice-versa). They also used some croc expert to make the croc's behavior realistic; so the whole movie has a very realistic feel that makes the deaths and chase scene spookier.

Also the part near the end is kino.

I was recommended it by some people on /x/, and it delivered.

I remember watching this movie as a kid with my cousins and we couldn't stop talking about Medusa's knockers for weeks.
I also developed a crush on the older sister, she was a cutie.

it's what prometheus or alien requiem should have been

give me something easy and cool to watch or I'm just gonna spend the night rewatching italian cannibal movies reeeeeeeee!!

They retconned the zombies into demonic possession victims, remember?

Is An American Werewolf in London the best horror film around?

Stop being asshurt for reason. I'm just asking for a general opinion

I don't think I'll be able to go back to recent stuff after this 80's horror binge.

now THAT'S a facial abuse worthy mouth

spoken like a true virgin

>Frightnight and vampires
You've only watching all the ones from the 80's 90's, and 00's though. A lot of the best ones came out in the 70's

Son, you were right! I am a butt-head!

you know a movie will be worth it when the 'surrealistic special effects' artist is credited in the opening

Just saw a British film called Eat Local, it was a lot better than I expected

I'm not asshurt. I'm just saying stop relying on RT and imdb. Download it and watch it. Worst case is your lose some time.

Maybe not the best all around but I could see it being in the top 15. It's unquestionably the greatest werewolf film of all time though.

damn straight

Is that Society?

yea, its just I'm watching them with other people and they said they didn't want any dated films so I've been trying to watch all the modern ones first, and then I'll watch the other ones myself.

Yes.

'tis

One of the best films I've seen in years desu.

I don't wanna live in society

What the name of that movie where a normal ball smashes an old lady's head?
I saw the gif somewhere and got curious.

Hey which actor wouldn't want to play some fucked up roles

You should get better friends. Preferably with taste.

Deadly Friend (1986)

It's a terrible Wes Craven movie by the way. Not worth watching.

Has anyone seen Grabbers?

Thanks. Been meaning to watch it for years.
Don't be gay.

Looks too modern and vanilla.

Amazing. Thanks.

Yeah, just watched it last month.
Only way to defeat the monsters is to poison them with alcohol, so they all get drunk and...well, you know where it goes.

why is good werewolf kino so much harder to come by

God, Jennifer's Body is garbage.

GREAT British horror comedy. Severely underrated.

no u

>Reminder to avoid 30 Days of Night.

Just replace it with Only Lovers Left Alive.

it's on Amazon, I think

and of course the myriad other options of varying legality

It is. Went through it the other day. Thanks.

I'm in the mood for some classic monster horror, you know, stuff like the old Universal movies. So I'm gonna watch The Mummy 2017.

I remember it being surprisingly good and funny.

I know The Beyond has a scene with zombies but is it really worth classifying it as a zombie movie? You've already got Fulci's Zombi 2 on there so why not replace The Beyond with Nightmare City or Burial Ground: The Nights of Terror or something.

looks decent, but is there a version with dubbed american voiceovers?

Is The Taking of Deborah Logan any good or just one of those movies with one single good scene that makes a good meme gif like the one in the OP?

that's definitely the best scene but i felt the movie overall was pretty solid. there were some good creepy scenes with the old lady

I actually thought the earlier parts were spookier than the snek thing. Alzheimer's is creepy, and the camera angles make you nervous. Also she has some creepy painting she's working on or something that I really enjoyed

thread theme

because I ran out of good ones

BEST horror theme of all time.

youtube.com/watch?v=5x5cCz-6pqk

youtube.com/watch?v=kf1Vt6r-sj8

based/comfy

Everyone should see The Night of the Hunter.

based/comfy

WRONG

THIS theme is unique, iconic, and inherently unsettling.
youtube.com/watch?v=WWbI19Pt_nU

Goddamn, just watched the Wraith, and I've never wanted a "villain" to win more than the gang leader. He's super cheesy, but he gets the most exposition of any character in the movie and kinda grows on you.
