I saw it. I loved it, tho the conceot art was better. It had some minor buzz, being the first Nicktoons Network Original Series, but it was overshadowed by Avatar, which came out the same time.
Funny how we had two action fantasy Nicktoons starring chosen ones with boomerang wielding sidekicks come out at roughly the same time.

The show had great design and a pretty good concept going for it, but ended up being rather boring.

It was a show about a genius kid and a MiB looking special agent, where they get sent all over the world to stop whatever nefarious plot of the day the bad guys had. They would get sent there via being placed inside a large ball and shot out of a cannon that was hidden inside a building (that was IIRC a water tower, or the Eiffel Tower).
Unfortunately, the name of the show is The Boy, which has made it impossible for me to find.
The best I've found was a few videos on Youtube, but they weren't in English.
