Will The Villainess be the best Korean film this year?

Will The Villainess be the best Korean film this year?

Who cares

>pretending to unironically care about kshit
it's not 2010 anymore

it was great

i heard it's bogged down by an obtrusive, nonsensical plot but the action is choreographed very nicely.

have the subs for it came out yet?

Subs just came out a few days ago. The plot is serviceable and overthe top but the film is very fun.

thanks my guy. will probably check it out later today.

See: The Battleship Island

There was a period where I kept watching HK, korean and japanese movies because they seemed fresh. Then I realized they weren't so different from Hollywood movies, except for the asian faces. Now I don't want to even hear about them, all the films look practically the same.

giv villainess gf!

What are some good korean movies that aren't in those shitty pics that everyone posts in every korean thread.

I've heard it's good

bump

Battleship island, A Taxi Driver, The tooth and the nail and Age of shadows have all been better however villainess is still a really good movie that deserves praise.

The main lead was great in Thirst, so I'll definitely watch it.

Most films and series are pretty much the same

just avoid any big meme movie normie love and you're good

Train to Busan is great. Other than that I really haven't seen any good Korean movies. The Korean "the host" was okay though.

based Kang-Ho

bluray when?

Probably never with how rare foreign film releases can be.

Secret Sunshine, Cruel Winter Blues, Tunnel

>tunnel
