When the revolutionaries told K that the child was actually a girl, did anyone else out there think for a second that it meant K was transgendered?
When the revolutionaries told K that the child was actually a girl...
No, because thankfully that type of degeneracy is usually absent from Hollywood movies unless it's to poke fun at them.
No. No one thought that.
nope
omigod... that would mean his whole life as a man was a lie!!!
No, shitlord
Yet another daring synthesis from Sup Forums
No, but I would be interested in a drama if someone tries to spin this
I thought perhaps for a moment that goose was born a woman and forced to transition to a male so he could hide
Only for like five hole seconds tho
Because just like goose, I wanted to believe that his character was special
No

no, but that reminds me.
This movie didn't have any LGBT representation and not nearly enough PoC or independent women
Fucking awful movie, doesn't deserve the good reviews
geez no wonder it didnt do great wasnt hella diverse enough
To be honest I think there are way too few people talking in Japanese/Korean/Russian in this film despite the LA having plenty of ads targeted at them. I can only recall that old hag, african merchant, none of whom spoke those languages to begin with and machines made in Japan (probably by Sony too) that spoke Japanese.
Dump K
he say you brade runna
Why the hell would you think that when it was already confirmed that there was a girl AND a boy
>GENERIC OLD AZN MAN DOWNGRADED TO FINGERNAIL PAINTING
RAYCIS 2BH
Ze was intersex SHITLORD
No
I know I’m a brainlet but I was thinking Rachel had twins. Maybe one replicant, one human? Or two equally mixed? Or mixed but K was more replicant than human and Memory girl was more human than human
Yes. It did cross my mind for a millisecond. heh.
yeah
Anyone else? It’s like I want to know everything there is about the movie and all the different ways to perceive it. To know did Joi really tell K just what he wanted to hear? And did she really love him? and how tragic some parts were. All this is making me feel so anxious
It’s also triggered some existential Crisis in me about how my own life has stagnated and I need to give myself some meaning and significance somehow.
This is b8 right?
k more like gay lmao
actually, the girl was a hologram
they needed K to fullfill his humanity by accepting his meaningless existence to fully become human after all these years of being a replicant
I thought the whole hand ful of bees and then going headfirst through the wall was the tip-off that he wasn’t human
If you gotta ask yourself that, you gotta go back to r*ddit
You already posted this.
Yes. If you can build entire people, you can probably can do pretty good sex changes. Chromosomes would be hard to explain though.
I think you have a point. Some user mentioned that it could be a callback to Deckard asking Rachel what she'd do if there was a wasp on her arm, and she said "I'd kill it" inb4 I get called autistic bc I know she was a replicant, but this could've just been foreshadowing that K wasn't the kid.
No, his life as a woman was the lie, and his life as a man is his true self.
l2tranny psychology
Obviously it’s fake records being placed in the system to throw people who is looking for the kid off the trail.
I thought those statues were pretty lesbian
Actually, the I’d kill it” is a very subtle way of saying that Rachael is a replicant. Instantly killing a wasp as soon as it lands on you is not a naturally human response. Shaking it off is a natural human response. Rachael has a very unnatural 2 dimensional response to all of the question because she’s trained to response for fake memory rather than experiencing it and making real decision in that situation. Real human isn’t quite 100% logical and morally black and white.
Conspiracy theorists actually believe the Goose is a woman
haha
that pic
>a michael bay production
>soundtrack by metallica
Nope. Having watched the short films beforehand and seeing what goes into newer replicants (most notably the eye serial number), I was quick to catch on how his thinking he was born had to have been wrong or else there'd have been a hefty chunk of plotholes.
