I feel so bad for him. Dude seemed repentant and then he dies one of the worst possible ways.
>J-Jigsaw isn't a murderer! They made their own choice!
Well, killing William was technically up to the family, but there are instances where the logic collapses. Like at the carousel trap where some people were bound to get fucked.
>It's Ender's game...
I want someone to pitch a completely new Saw film. No gore porn, no apprentices that go damage control and kill selfishly, no bullshit gymnastics about morals, no claims not to be a killer, classic simple makeshift traps and room-type situations like the bathroom, a genuine inheritor to the title who kills because he genuinely believes in the cause. Someone who doesn't choose petty wrist cutters or put completely innocent people in danger, but really makes his victims learn to appreciate the lives they threw away. Then he owns up to his shit when he gets caught to repent for his own sins. The twist is that there is no twist. He accepts his fate and surrenders as a forlorn mix of Hello Zepp plays amidst angry supporters arguing with distraught family members and cops doing their job.
>The oxygen trap
>The hanging trap
>The revolver in the peephole trap
>They very first movie where Gordon has to kill Adam to win
>The reverse bear trap where Amanda has to gut a paralyzed man to win
Whole lotta instances
>turning his back on the family and running away would have kept him away from the acid needles
>instead he accepts the situation, faces the family, and asks to be forgiven
>this gets him killed
Fuck you Jigsaw this guy should have been a model survivor but your inconsistency killed him.
Yeah, and the worst part is we're talking about people who didn't deserve it. In saw 3 we had a child molester get brutally dismembered and here we have a guy getting crushed to death for smoking.
AYO HOL up, let's not forget the best ones
>The scene where jigsaw ties a guy to a chair with no escape and tries to drill his face
>The scene after where he sets up a shotgun trap to kill the cop chasing him and personally slashes the other one's neck
What does Jigsaw want to happen with the police department? He seems to really fucking hate them.
He just wants to kill people in peace, and those assholes keep trying to arrest him
Okay but, half of you guys are forgetting the fact that John Kramer (the real Jigsaw) had accomplices. Amanda made her traps completely inescapable and why some of Hoffman's traps were not fair. John always gave them a choice. The other two did not.
Look no matter how you try to spin it, Jigsaw is still a kidnapper and murderer
As far as I remember Lawrence had to Kill Adam or his family would get murdered by a guy who was also gonna die if he didn't do the job. Doesn't look like all of them are making it home tonight.
The man in the drill chair was going to be killed outright by Jigsaw. The dude in Amanda's game never had a chance. The little girl in Saw III was going to be killed until Hoffman decided to save her and pretend to be a hero. Gordon's family didn't have a choice and they only survived because Zepp fucked up.
Bobby Dagen is also now permanently mentally scarred from seeing his partners mutilated and innocent wife roasted alive because he pretended to be a Jigsaw victim.
>The scene where jigsaw ties a guy to a chair with no escape and tries to drill his face
What was this even about? I don't remember anything but the guy being in his shop.
John also slit a cop's throat, led another into a shotgun trap, and personally oversaw traps that contained innocent victims as tools. He should have just owned up to the fact that sometimes innocent people needed to be killed for his victims to appreciate their lives more.
As much as I want to believe it, he really wasn't. I've watched every movie AT LEAST 4-5 times and he always gives them a reason for why they were in that trap and how they can escape. If they decide to not follow the rules and just flat-out break them, there will be consequences, which is usually death. Amanda never listened to John which is why she was tested in 3. And John knew Hoffman was just as psychotic as Amanda which is why he was also targeted in 6. The only true accomplice to Jigsaw was Gordon.
No idea. Tapp and Sing just walk in and see Jigsaw about to drill a hole in his face
It's weird that Bobby is still alive. He obviously fits the criteria for someone who failed and deserves to die.
It should've been reversed, to be honest. I don't remember if his wife knew he was lying about being in a trap, but he should have died at the end.
>Stalks people, then drugs and kidnaps them
>Then puts them into situations where they're gonna wake up and be scared as hell, then uses a tape recorder or creepy puppet to tell them to complete a dumbass game or die
>Somehow people think he dindu nuffin wrong
My guess for this one is that Jigsaw felt he was about to get caught so he set up the trap right before the cops' arrival. Most of the other cases I can't explain.
Now he can say he's been in a game without lying
If Amanda could survive her trap then others could too. Yes, some of those traps are brutal, but he put them in those traps for a reason. All of his traps were beatable. Or, in Saw 5, Hoffman fucking gave them the opportunity to work together.
Has anyone seen the new Jigsaw yet? I just got back and it was pretty insane.
He could go right back to making a fortune and Jigsaw won't have any justification to kidnap him again. If he's mentally scarred, he could watch his old DVD therapy sessions and get better.
Sounds like a good deal, desu.
So the guy that Amanda had to shank had a choice?
His friends were all annoying idiots anyway. The waifu didn't deserve it tho
Fair point. But again, people call Jigsaw a murderer when all he did was put them into play. He has not murdered anyone. He did not physically take a gun and kill someone.
I spoiled myself. Kind of disappointed in the plot I read. Might see it Saturday, I don't know.
>Hello Zepp, I've put a poison in you and I have the cure, but I will only give it to you if you agree to kidnap a woman and her daughter and kill them if the woman's husband doesn't kill another man that's locked in a room with him
So kidnapping people and putting them in a situation where one of them HAS to die isn't murder? Well fuck my ozone
>The quipping man is the only survivor
Truly /ourguy/
The guy is a fucking freak and deserved to die anyway. and fuck the actor that plays him. and fuck the fact that he played ben on lost.
>fuck Michael Emerson
ytho.jpg
>Shitting on Michael Emerson
I want to play a game
So let me get this straight. If Zepp murders Gordon's family and heads back to the bathroom to shoot Gordon and Adam, he gets the antidote, right? And at this point, he will be considered rehabilitated by Jigsaw? As if murdering four people, two of them being completely innocent, to save himself will make him an honest person who appreciates life?
I'm not even entirely sure what it was Zepp even did wrong in the first place.
Child, he's a bad man. You don't kidnap people.
He was antisocial and worked a dead-end job. Jigsaw hates the autistic.
Hey shouldn't that kid who killed him go to jail?
He was a male nurse, he had to be up to no good
>tfw you got over your depression, reconnected with your estranged mother, went back to school, got a PhD, and then worked your way up to being the CEO of a non-profit charity
>all because Jigsaw made you castrate yourself with a wooden spoon to teach you the error of your ways
>Be model player
>Still get fucked because of an edgy teen
Biggest mistake of the franchise?
Killing off the best detective
he's so hot too.
He was a blockhead
>It's a Hoffman kills a dozen cops to cover his tracks episode
Gordon said that Zepp had a "strong attachment" to the patients. Zepp probably fucked his way through the coma ward.
Hoffman also intentionally killed people to cover his tracks though.
Based
Saw it earlier.
Thinking a 4.5, maybe 4.0/10. Better than V & VI, but worse than everything else.
Kinda disappointed I was able to figure out the twist so early on. That and the final death looked kinda cool, but it also looked CG, so I don't know.
Last good Saw movie right there.
>John Kramer has been dead since Saw 3
>Somehow they keep finding ways to bring back Tobin Bell
They're certainly creative
They need to go the Chow Yun-Fat role.
>A Better Tomorrow
>Chow Yun-Fat gets shot in the head at the end
>A Better Tomorrow 2
>movie begins with Chow Yun-Fat getting off an airplane and saying “I’m here for my twin brother’s funeral.”
Who was in the wrong here?
>It wasn't murder your honor, I just drugged him, kidnapped him, stuck him in an oil drum, covered his feet in concrete, suspended it above the Marianas trench, and set up a contraption that required him to cut both of his feet off at the ankles in 5 minutes to escape, even though the odds of him bleeding to death, drowning, or dying from shock were more likely than him managing to get to safety and medical attention
please never attempt to write for a career
>letting some chick die from an asthma attack for $3.53
I don’t give a fuck how desperate you are, that is fucked up. Maybe not “throat full of acid” fucked up, but it still registers.
what child molester in 3? the guy in the trap that twisted his bones? that guy ran over a kid aND was part of the fathers test
>This is battery acid, you slime!
The guy in the classroom that was all chained up
Is he /ourguy/?

Does Hello Zepp play in Jigsaw?
