Mute film and activate subtitles

>Mute film and activate subtitles
>Listen to a podcast while watching the movie
>Feel secure in my actions knowing that film is a visual medium

Who else does this?

Not podcast, but sports radio so i can watch kino and keep up w games.

Your comprehension is worse on both accounts even though I'm sure you'll deny it

You forgot to add 1.5x speed.

>2x speed
>Play kino vidya on laptop and mobile post on Sup Forums while listening to podcast and watching movie
Remember - this method is only for INTELLIGENT viewers

Bad habit that's lessening your attention span.

>show/movie on one screen
>porn and Sup Forums on other screen
>high as fuck doing this

I haven't but I want to now, what movies do you recommend for doing this?

>Feel secure in my actions knowing that film is a visual medium

if that's how you want to justify your autism there's no way anyone of us could convince you otherwise.

Literally nothing wrong with this and that's how I watch everything. Actually, 1.5x is on the low end.

>dim brightness
>1.5 speed
>audio volume: 15%
>monochrome 40%
>play same video file 0.05% slower so a cool effect happens when people move
>comfiness 100%
honestly don't give a fuck about content/substance of films anymore. i just like putting 20mg of fetanyl in my tea and watching people move

adhd was a mistake

>there's a group of people who unironically enjoy this
Autism has no bounds

Having a podcast on with subtitles is stupid, as you can't properly focus on either. Much better is just to watch it at faster speeds, changing speed based on whether a little or a lot is happening at a single moment.

>i just like putting 20mg of fetanyl in my tea and watching people move

realest shit i've read all day

>Not going to radio broadcast versions of movies

>Go to see the 3D showing of Avatar
>Not really digging the 3D, feel like it detracts and I'd rather watch it normally
>Try to keep one eye open but thats tiring keeping the other shut so I close both and listen to the movie
>Imagination based on the sound apparently made the movie so much better than what actually happened

Actually not a bad idea

>torrent kino
>rent it on streaming service with the honor-bound promise of deleting that copy before 48 hours after starting my watch
>open torrented copy on VLC
>Tools -> Effects and Filters -> Video Effects -> Essentials
>check Film Grain
>set it to max
>Colors -> Color Threshold
>set saturation to min
>Crop
>Set to 4:3 ratio
>set speed to 0.3333333333333x
>blink 2x per second
>hit play

>watch first 10 minutes attentively
>open wikipedia and read film's summary
>start posting on Sup Forums and pretend I watched the movie

That is quite a bit of fentanyl.

>watch film on 1 volume
>in reverse, in blocks of 10 minutes
>the last 10 minutes in 1/2 speed on forwards mode
>reverse this procedure until you're back at the beginning

If you aren't doing this then you aren't really experiencing kino

this thread is unironically sad
You watch movies fuckheads

>Mute film and activate subtitles
>Read every line pretending to be every character
>Give them different voices and everything

>no capital "T"
>no punctuation
>"You watch movies fuckheads"

What did he (sub-80 IQ) mean by this?

>bring my dog in when I watch kino
>pretend that he's doing half the voices
>do my best dog impersonation in different accents when I'm reading his lines
get on my level

>Mute film
>play the audio to a different movie in my left ear
>play a recording of my dad talking to me before my first day of school in my right ear

Who else does this?

I'm clearly the sub-80 iqlet when there are people in this thread that have attention spans that don't allow them to watch movies without some other kind of stimulation. Do whatever you want, but if you literally cannot watch a movie don't post on Sup Forums.

Anybody else?

>he cant fully absorb 3-4 different mediums at the same time
>not a brainlet

>Ookie bookie and fookie dookie
>Bookie doo
>Fookie bookie ookie doo
>Oobie doobie doo

Who else does this?

*vapes while listening to tool and rick and morty*
the true sign of an intellectual

>*vapes while listening to tool and rick and morty*

Is this wojak to smart or too dumb?

>Ookie bookie and THEN fookie dookie
Plebs get out

20 megagrams

>load up my favorite kino
>play subtitles from another movie
>play audio from a third movie

If you dont watch films this way you've never really watched a film.

>not setting color to black and white

What's even the point of watching film when video games are just evolved film with interaction? Film is obsolete

>stopped bothering with subtitles in foreign movies
Pretty nice actually

>not setting color to green and black
The human eye is most sensitive to contract differences in this color scheme, you pleb.

>watch 100+ anime
>transition to Japanese films
>dont load subtitles and watch film
>understand 25% dialogue of the movie and 75% is imagined headcanon
I actually did this with Shin Godzilla**
