Character has telekinetic powers

>character has telekinetic powers
>has to point their arm at the object to move it

>character has telekinetic powers
>gets a nosebleed when they use it

>character has telekinetic powers
>faints when they use it too much

>character is one of the most powerful telepathic minds in the universe
>screams "AAAAAAAAH!" and gets BTFO by literally anyone

>it's slowly killing them and they can only use it once more

>characters can resist telepaths because of their strength of will

Xavier or Manhunter?

>character has telekinetic powers
>presses fingers to temples to use it

Yeah, completely unlike real life telekinesis.

>character has telekinetic powers
>holds up the same two fingers everyone else with telekinetic powers holds up to move shit

>immortal character must give up their mortality by using their powers one last time to defeat to enemy

Has anyone ever done a character whose apparent telekinesis was just caused by them having extra limbs in another dimension that could grab stuff in ours? I thought up that years ago but always assumed it was something I'd cribbed from somewhere else.

Elfen Lied?

Why exactly does that bother you? Do you point a gun in a direction you want to shoot? It's just a visual aid.

A lot of people do that when they concentrate dude

because it's a non-physical process you dumb fucking retard

Maybe. I might have watched that over my sister's shoulder at some point when I was young and forgotten it only for my mind to dredge it up later as a "original idea do not steal". This is why I don't like being creative, I just come up with other people's ideas with a coat of paint on top

There was a Dean Koontz book with pretty much that same premise. From The Corner Of His Eye. Bunch of "supernatural" shit happens but it turns out the main family has an ability to tap into the multiverse to influence their universe. Neat ideas but otherwise just terrible execution like all Dean Koontz.

it's not real. how would you know how it works

I know, you need to fucking relax. But if you had telekenetic powers, wouldn't pointing at something help you in aiming? I'm not autistic, so I don't get bothered by this.

>character doesn't have telekinetic powers

Name one movie where this happens

>character can fly
>keeps body parallel to ground

Yes.

It helps to focus your mind you fucking spastic idiot.

Akira?

boku no shakycam bullshit

stranger things: the movie

Not an argument.

Fascinating, sick blog post

Oh I'll prove its real fucko. I'm currently sending brainwaves your way rn. Expect your head to explode in a few hours.

>character can turn invisible
>doesn't steal shit and spy on girls

>character can turn invisible
>does steal shit and spy on girls

>Character can resist the mind-rape procedure.
>"Their will is too strong , we must inject them with the mind-rape drug"

Life is Strange

>Character has powers
>Emotions amplifies the strength
>Being calm provides the max strength.

>I just come up with other people's ideas with a coat of paint on top
Thats everyone.

Scanners

You have to do that though, otherwise you get gay shit like Akira where fights look like children playing pretend.

>everyone is a cynical copycat
No faggot, some of us actually are creative and realize the contextual difference between a homage and a copy.

Why don't characters with super strength get nosebleeds from straining to lift heavy shit too much?

>23 years old
>still no telekinetic powers

>gay shit like akira
Premium bait

>characters one weakness is a rock from their home planet

>character has telekinetic powers
>using 2 hands makes the object move faster
