how about you embrace my cock instead

Stop spamming this shit everyday you turboautist, go back to Sup Forums

Because special effects depend heavily on the slight motion blur created by a lower frame rate and look awful at 60fps.

But 60fps is god-tier for real things like nature documentaries.

Obsessed

Because the only movie I've seen that has 60fps or higher looked terrible.

The only narrative feature released in 60fps didn't have much in the way of digital effects. Just practical. It looked terrible.

I want to see some 60fps porn though. I feel like it's just an issue with narrative movies.

That said, I'm still thrown a little bit by digital cinematography used in period pieces when it isn't explicitly trying to imitate the aesthetic of movies and photography from that period.

Because they don't make them.

For video games yeah. movies nah

Are you retarded? Have you ever used a camera?
You can easily get an appropriate amount of motion blur when shooting at 60 fps by just changing the shutter speed.

If you want to make a film in 60fps no one's stopping you. Just stop being a little bitch about it when everyone says your film looks like shit because they don't autistically value having extra frames like you do.

It's the best

Let me guess, you've watched a few movies that were "upgraded" to 60fps with frame interpolation?

Yeah negating every single benefit of high fps

The autism bit of my brain loves this but the cinéma part hates it

It looks better

>Being this stupid.
You've never held a camera, got it.

>interpolate
>claim its 60fps

please stop

I interpolate half the films I watch lately, once you get used to it, its very hard to go back
Sure its not perfect yet but no new format ever is

You wouldn't be able to tell the difference between "real" 60fps and interpolated, don't pretend like you would

I test it with the movies I watch, some seem to work better than others.

Not him but it's true

Because it looks bad.

nope.

The human eye can't detect past 12 fps.

...

Artifacts give away the difference. Theoretically if you had a perfect interpolator it would be practically impossible to tell the difference though. Nothing perceptable moves so fast as for it not to be predictable between 26fps frames

That's not true fuck head, but keep shit 24 anyway, robotic motion in 60 makes me feel sick

How many FPS is real life?

I heard some studies say the human brain sees the equivalent of like 280fps

It is quite easy to tell the difference between interpolation and 60fps because every 2.5 frames aren't morphed blurs.

Have you used an interpolator in the last seven years?
They've come a hell of a long way
