Fail.

>not pitch correcting you sped up kinks

Ultra pleb these networks deserve to die

I slow everything down to 0.5x and keep the volume real low so every film is a john jarmusch film

u mean this hyperlink?

1.25-1.33x with the pitch shifted down, you can't meme me with bullshit gimmicks such as "emotional pauses", my time is to valuable

>youtube - 2.5x or 3. if the speaker talks fast naturally I put it as low as I can until I start hearing their speech clearly, ends up being 1.5 - 1.8
>tv & movies - 1x. always skip intros and credits though

>Not watching your kinos at 1.25 speed

>emotional pauses

so you want youtube jumpcuts for every film

No wonder TV is dying. Prescription services are the present and the future.

>Prescription services are the present and the future.

I can't tell if you agree or not.

Every show i've watched on DVD sounded completely different to what i saw on TV

i noticed this too. they sped up a movie and cut an entire scene out of Avatar to fit more ads, the movie literally did not make sense without that scene.

they always normalize the soundtracks and they compress them hard
traditional broadcast standards assume a very low grade of viewing equipment, clarity is more important than fidelity

>always skip intros
Disgusting.

fuck your 90 second intro with some shitty music layover.

>kinos: .5x
>films: .9x
>movies: 1.2x
>flicks: 2x
>joints: 3x

i noticed comedy central doing that with that 70s show

Example of cinema that is classified as a joint?

>Television has ads

I forgot about that, been pure internet for several years now

1.28x

Apple and Google are both planning original streaming content. Is this a good thing or just diluting quality entertainment?

1.75x for fucking sure

2.0 is just way too fast and 1.5 is practically 1.0

It means more datamining and psychological trickery that gets you to spend more money than you are comfortable with.

This is why I cut cable two years ago, and haven't missed it a fucking bit. Fuck the networks. They'll be gone within 10 years.

>my time is to valuable
more time to shitpost right!?

Jackass movies
