I guess you could call them iconic but I personally think they weren't that great, especially Monsters are due on Maple Street.
Even if they were "WOW!" when they came out, they don't stand on their own like Time Enough at Last does.

The waifufag episode.

"Terror at 20 000 feet" is not particularly brilliant, but since I was little I've been scared shitless to open curtains or look at a window and see someone there just observing me.

And I do find the costume creepy, even if it's very silly.
