Holy shit, how was ANY of this legal?

Holy shit, how was ANY of this legal?

dude obviously did it

don't fall for Leftflick's social justice memery

Barely a minute passes and Sup Forums is already triggered

>>>/reddit/

I don't think it's social justice, the bias is clearly on the part of the documentary filmmakers. It's clear that he killed Teresa. Brendan was innocent though.

this guys voice is hilarious

>about 30 eye witness including witnesses showing he was innocent
>Still sent to jail
Americans

whoops, meant receipts

they obviously planted the key but that doesn't change the fact that he did kill her

He killed her. Documentary was extremely biased.

but who did the dicks?

your mom

It was actually the ex-boyfriend that scrubbed her voicemails a day after she was reported missing.

Even with all the info. I think the ex-bf did it.

The guy from road trip was the real killer but rogue one pilot guy will still be ruined for life.

Where did he kill her and butcher her body?

Let's be honest, Avery is a fucking retard. There's no way he killed her in the house or the garage without leaving blood evidence somewhere.

Ex-boyfriend did it, cops found her dead somewhere with her car, decided they would railroad Avery for it to kill two birds with one stone.

Good question. How is it legal to make a biased series and call it a documentary?

>the blood globbed all over random spots in the car, supposedly because of a cut on his hand
>but his fingerprints weren’t in the car at all, so he must’ve worn gloves if he did it
>someone shoved a needle into his vial of blood that was on file

he was the local retard redneck criminal that everyone hated, going around setting cats on fire and doing retarded shit. The community wanted him gone bad, the police were seething to get a chance to finally put this nuisance behind bars. They finally get their wish, and a bunch of SJW idiots show up to try and make this loony ogre look like a sympathetic human being

>Making a Murderer comes up
>retards are quick to denounce it because ‘he did it’

It doesn’t really matter if he killed the photographer woman or not. The point is that the cops flagrantly broke procedure, and the law, again and again just because of a personal vendetta. Everything about the first case was fucked up—everything. Calling attention to that injustice in and of itself is reason enough for the documentary to exist. Then when evidence surfaced that they might’ve imprisoned the wrong guy, they never followed up on it. They purposefully left him in jail for another few years.
Then everything about the second murder trial was fucked up. Whether you think he did it or not, the cops obviously planted evidence to make a more convincing case and get rid of him. They let his nephew sit in jail for all these years, despite his obvious innocence, just because it strengthened their case against Avery.
The point of the documentary isn’t ‘did he or didn’t he?’ it’s a case of the cops and the system abusing authority.

Anyone else get serious child molestor vibes from this guy?

>Holy shit, how was ANY of this legal?
What, murdering people?
It's not; that's why he's in jail.

Yeah honestly this would still be a good indictment of the justice system even if the second case didn't happen. The whole rape case was insane

>what is presumption of innocence?
faggots

christa carlyle

this.

the needle in the blood was definitive proof he was framed

Has any of this put anyone else behind bars, or at least got them fired?

That drop of blood often appears when the blood is originally taken, it doesnt prove anything

>In October 2009, Kratz was prosecuting a domestic violence case against the boyfriend of a 26-year-old domestic violence victim. She filed a police report in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, alleging that Kratz had sent her 30 sexually coercive text messages over the span of three days.[14] She said that she felt that he was trying to coerce her into a sexual relationship at the risk of dismissing the case against her boyfriend.[15] The report was referred to the state's Division of Criminal Investigation. During the DCI investigation, two more women came forward accusing Kratz of harassing and intimidating them.[16] At the time, Kratz was serving as chairman of the Wisconsin Crime Victims' Rights Board.[3]
>Kratz resigned in October 2010 after governor Jim Doyle sought his removal.[17][5] After his accuser filed a federal civil suit against him, Kratz settled out of court in 2013.[18][19]

>In June 2014, Kratz's law license was suspended for four months by the Wisconsin Supreme Court. During the disciplinary hearing, Kratz admitted abusing prescription drugs and being treated for sexual addiction and narcissistic personality disorder.[8][3][20]
