CN can't do SBT anymore, TMS got the rights back, Yano did say that France did ask for a new series and a new cast once TMS got the rights back but they rejected it because the budget was lower then the CN original that CN rejected because they refused to pay TMS back it's budget (but bigger then Blue Jacket) so they ended up doing more Koike Lupin III instead.
Again CN sold the rights back to TMS, it's the same song and dance as Doug between Nick & Disney and even Oswald between Disney (original shorts) and NBC Universal (Mintz and then later on Lantz).
Anyway...
a)Genndy went back to Sony to do Hotel Transylvania 3, Jack was only temporary and the remaining crew went back to Disney TV Animation.
b)This is the show that needs a 4th season, most of the original crew is still at TMS so another NuPPG will not happen.
