Whedon of course. Don't blame Zack just because he didn't film every scene. Almost all movies have reshoots but they do a good job at hiding it.

Take the way Affleck looks out of the problem for instance and just look at how bad this is directed with Aquaman diving into the water. NEVER have I seen anything directed by Zack look this bad so I blame Whedon.

Zack's. The reshoots were ordered before Whedon was even on board. It's just the triggered kiddies and pajeets trying to shift blame from Daddy Snyder.

That's all well and good but the timeline doesn't match with what you're saying. We've known about the reshoots for months before Whedon came in, they're only coming out now in the form of promotional clips.
