Probably because disney has spent a shitload on digital de-aging, compositing old footage to new shots, and making photorealistic cgi actors (to replace the need to pay real actors).
Not to mention young Ego, Pymm, and Stark were probably all in the script before they started shooting.
Superman's moustache was alast minute fix for a last minute fix.
