Alright bros, how do we save the DCEU?

Alright bros, how do we save the DCEU?

By letting it die
sage

>49 now on metacritic
>dcucks claimed today it will go up

ahahaha

batman is the only DC hero worth telling a story about. Everyone else is a boyscout that tells everyone what to do and how to live their life. How about taking a shot at power girl?

Sell the rights to Marvel

FUCK OFF
That's why I made this thread. Is it the end of Snyderkino?

Get Tsujihara fired. Petition for it and boycott WB

we need to start a prayer circle

Why would you want to save that shit user?

We don't. The DCEU saves us.

It was 51 an hour ago lol

We skip ahead to this story

I say we give it to those swell folks at Disney

fire everyone except cavill

...

Instead of making reboot after reboot you fix the problems for the past films and move forward. I looking forward to Aquaman and Captain Marvel to be on the big screen. JL being bad is not going to change that.

Cancel it. Make solely individual hero movies, maybe in 10 years they can come together and give JL another go

Why do DCEU fans even care about (((critics)))? MoS and BvS Ultimate Edition were kino but critically ravaged. Suicide Squad was awful garbage aimed at the Hot Topic audience, rightly savaged by critics. Wonder Woman was good, but vastly overrated by critics because of muh girl power narrative (nevermind that Chris Pine was objectively the best part of the film). I’m sure JL is at least partially shit due to Whedon, but critics have only been right once out of the 4 times they’ve reviewed DCEU movies. Go see the movie and judge it for yourself, fags.

Dark trinity adaptation when?

Keep that mess away from my comfy team

>abort the JL movie release
>pay back all the moviegoers
>release the Zack Snyder 151min kino cut with the Junkie XL ost
>bring back Snyder and fire Johns and Whedon
>make Snyder the head of DCEU again

>It's like the Justice League, but everyone is Batman!

I think it would be an easy sell to executives

Just start putting Justice League Unlimited episodes in theaters as a double feature.

Somehow convince WB execs that need to trust their directors instead of taking every piece of criticism on board as if their dog life depended on it. Suicide Squad and Justice League sounded like genuinely interesting films until WB execs started making demands. I'll bet by January we'll be hearing about Aquaman getting reshot, as a response to the less than stellar JL reviews.

I bet it still makes money, though.

>how do we save the DCEU?

>build time machine
>go back to 1992
>stop time at WB

there it's safe now

>I'll bet by January we'll be hearing about Aquaman getting reshot, as a response to the less than stellar JL reviews.

Hopefully not because James Wan has more credit with WB, but if they do this I won't watch it and it was the one I was most excited for.

By casting pic related as poison ivy and making GCS a porno.

Alexandra Breckenridge

This. Give Zach complete control and get rid of Johns.

If they release a Zach cut of JL, I guarantee it would have the same cult following BvS does

Ayer was apparently the golden child when SS was filming as well and it didn't stop them from hiring an ad studio to make a re-edit

Wan has much more credit than Ayer
He made a lot of profit with the horror flicks that are always cheap, and made Fast & Furious break 1 billion

...

We don't.

We save society from the beta manchildren fueling this cancer.

We rent theaters across the nation and sell tickets for $1.00, then we weed out every male over the age of 12 that shows up to watch that shit, put them in trucks, and gas them. Of course guardians taking their kids to see it are excused.

Then we move on to comic-cons, and in about a year, we'll have a pretty good jump start at cleaning up the gene pool.

Loyal DCEU fan here. I think we just have to accept its over. Just bury it. Let it die. The mouse won this round. Maybe in another 50 years DC will win but not this decade. ;_;

Teen Titans live action
If you fuck this one up you're out DC

This would be so great
They hate stories about superheroes turning bad. Also a movie about metal would be rated R.

They are doing a streaming only series, they already fucked up

By pirating

Fuck right off.
Martian Manhunter is more than worthy. Lobo is more than worthy. Maxwell Lord is more than worthy. Deadman is more than worthy.
None of them are boyscouts either.

but hey powergirl has big boobs right?

...

>Alright bros, how do we save the DCEU?
We take it away from WB and people like Zack Snyder and his enablers

All of them are crap except Lobo and Lobo movie will just make people compare it to Deadpool.

Reboot it. Unironically. It's beyond saving now. Even if they make good movies after JL (yeah, sure) the stigma is too big.

There's no saving it now.

It depends, by "saving the DCEU" do you mean going back to MoS and BvS-style movies that don't make a much as Marvel movies but present a much better story that doesn't treat the audience as children or do you mean doubling down on the "fun" of the Justice League movie and removing the last remnants of Snyder, releasing a movie that doesn't try anything new and requires you to not think at all, fully made by Whedon, making 1 billion+?

Buy the rights to Requiem Chevalier Vampire and make a series of batshit insane r rated metalcore movies with excessive nudity and gore

>fully made by Whedon

Whedon had no real control over the Avengers films.

Marvel has just as much executive meddling as WB. The only difference is that Marvel executives seem to know what works and what doesn't, and how to treat characters.

Whedon was hired for instant geek cred, for a film that was novel, for a series of films that were averaging around 500 mil at the time. Avengers was good in spite of him, not because of him.

>MoS and BvS-style movies
>present a much better story that doesn't treat the audience as children

Put everything into a Batman v Iron Man movie

If Justice League makes less than BvS or only marginally better, they will most certainly use Flashpoint to reboot it but keep the actors and the Wonder Woman side of it

It might just make things worse for normies though.

what was the name of an actor who played a cop in that one movie?
he was kinda fat, in his 50's, balding and had a mustache, brown color

Muh niggas, Red Hood and the Outlaws TV show when? Or even an animated series.

>mods deleted it
(((They))) are hard at work

>we get a scene where they fight un-aided by any gadget
>Bruce getting increasingly cocky as he smacks Tony around realizing he's got no judo
>Tony taking advantage of this and quipping at him until Bruce makes some slip and he gets a punch in
I don't care what the context, setup or payoff are, this would be a fun two minutes.

Imagine if Wonder Woman 2 is also panned and makes less than the first one

It's already sad that you guys are infesting Sup Forums with this threads, it's even worse that now you're resorting to false flagging.
Sage.

Get back at make animated movies and try to one up marvel with decent flicks, this generation it's lost already, they will never be de-whedonized. the man it's a genius.

I see you have no response

I'm not sure what response there can be to someone defending BvS, other than harsh derisive laughter.

...

This is a +18 site

thats what I thought. I could see them going with a Mad Max/Deadpool hybrid with a dash of Escape from NY

This. Stop this

All BvS was was a movie that should have been on HBO and viewed as an animated series. As a result it was too bold for today's audience. Alright, but there's still hope.
Man of Steel 2 should go ahead and be the movie that saves the dceu. I'll greentext how it should go down bruhs.
>'90s Action Comics is the main influence with villains like Mxyzptlk or even Darkseid
>color palette is amazing like the '40s cartoon
>goes on to make insane box office because Zack Snyder and co. stop using the infinite monkey theorem

I hope it doesn't come to that, it's providing keks eternal in it's current state

Don't go to see any of the new movies until they're forced to reboot and fire Hack Snyder

The prospect of a live-action RHATO is exciting and scary at the same time. The casting of Artemis should be by far the most sensitive matter. For all we know, she could end up being an obese black woman... Geez, give Jason a break. Hasn't he suffered enough already?

Leave em alone user

You genuinely cannot save it. They fucked too much with Snyder's work.

>For all we know, she could end up being an obese black woman
She is Black in the WW movie.

Didn't you know that Artemis is in the Wonder Woman movie?

And guess what...

At least she's physically fit and would wreck Gadot's shit in 2 seconds

It's funny that nobody even remembers or realizes this

Really makes a point about the look of the characters being important

>bring Snyder back
retards

>justice league
>bad
Richard Roeper gave it 3 1/2 stars out of 4.
>bbbutttt muh critic average

While your precious RT gave GirlBusters a FRESH score the Rope said it sucked and was awful.

Easy, fire this guys ASAP

>muh ONE critic
this is pathetic

>your precious RT gave a score
RT doesn't give anything, retard

Im not sure if you're trolling or not but Ill make it easier for you
Richard is a real critic, one of the few to come out and say Girlbusters was awful.
Many other critics who have no taste in film said Girlbusters is good
Their score counts on the RT average. Not that RT makes up the score
They do decide which critics are counted though.

So you can agree with a well respected critic that knows a lot about cinema and gives his honest opinion
or RT which just averages in every fucking moron who has some glorified blog for Cuntfaceweekly.com

Metacritic only aggregates "real critics" too, and the score over there is awful

>inb4 he hated Ghostbusters that makes him the only real critics in the world

kys
Ghostbusters didn't even get that high of an score. Plenty of critics gave it a bad rating.

>Red Hood and the Outlaws TV show when?
Only if we get big tit bimbo Slutfire

you can't average out critical reception and say thats how good or bad a film is.
especially when a lot of them have awful taste in film
Might as well just go by audience score because at least that shows how many people liked the movie.

>he thinks MoS and BvS were good
>he thinks that their serious story is why they flopped
>completely ignoring that Nolan did gritty DC correctly and was acclaimed by fans and critics alike
Snyder is trash.

>it's simple we kill the batman.

do you
not read comics?

JESUS CHRIST YOU'RE NOT TROLLING. WHAT HAVE THEY DONE.

fuck, when I went to see the movie I tried to pay attention. Not a single girl in the island resembled her so I simply assumed they just didn't use the character. Now I know my mistake was not checking the calendar. Current year. My bad.

They didn't hire an actress though so I guess they just don't plan on ever using her as an actual character

I really want a Power Girl movie, but I just know they'll cast some titless rail like they did with Wonder Womyn, or do some stupid shit like get rid of the boob window or put her in pants

TBQF if we don't get classic Power Girl with a great rack, they shouldn't fucking bother

They should hire a female director who is ok with sexiness, then they could get away with it

>I think it would be an easy sell to executives

Considering it's one of DC's best selling events ever it was a smart move

>a female director who is ok with sexiness
>someone who doesn't care about the male gaze
>a woman with internalized misogyny
>rape apologist
See user? The outrage culture we live in already has a default answer for that.

Re-cast Batman and Superman and introduce the new versions in the Flashpoint movie.

Let Matt Reeves have full creative control over his new Batman trilogy.

Find the best director available and make a goddamn good Superman trilogy.

Let Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot keep doing their thing.

Make quality stand-alone films with good directors/writers like they recently said they would do.

Convince WB to make DC Films its own division. Half the problem is that WB execs are as equally incompetent as Fox execs were with Marvel films. Then reboot the thing, and competent people in charge who actually can make decent films and get the characters. Start small. Maybe a stand alone Batman movie. Then go from there.

One of the reasons that Marvel films do so well, is the same reason Pixar films do well. Both are trusted brands who make quality, family-orientated films. DC films are synonymous with crap. It's gonna be hard to break that stigma.

>Convince WB to make DC Films its own division

First correct answer in the thread. Rebooting wont do shit if the same people are in charge. They need a Feige and WB needs to not be so greedy. The MCU was not a run away success from the off and neither would the DCEU be. They have 3 films coming out in the next two years an Aquaman is finished. They need to take this next year out and seriously plan what they want to do. The MCU led to Infinity War. The DCEU has no goal.

Considering the possibilities, It's better that way. WB's loss I guess.

I'd say start with Superman again, try your best to keep the same cast too.
Rate my idea for a DCEU:

Phase 1:
>Superman
>Batman
>Wonder Woman
>World's Finest Movie

Phase 2:
>Superman 2 (GL cameo)
>Batman 2 (Flash cameo, Suicide Squad possible villians.)
>The Flash
>Aquaman
>Green Lantern

Phase 3:
>Justice League (Introduces Cyborg)
>WW 2
>Superman 3 (MM cameo)
>Batman 3 (Introduces Robin)
>Shazam

Phase 4:
>GL 2
>Flash 2
>Aquaman 2
>Robin (Introduces Nightwing and Bat-girl)

Phase 5:
>DC Trinity (Sequel to World's Finest)
>WW 3
>New God's movie
>Legion of Doom movie

Phase 6:
>Justice League 2 (Legion of Doom main villains)
>GL and Flash team up (serves as a 3rd movie for both franchises)
>Aquaman 3
>Teen Titans movie

Phase 7:
>DC Trinity/World's Finest 3
>Bat Family (Introduces Red Hood)

Phase 8:
>Justice League 3/Crisis On Infinite Earth's
>Kingdom Come Movie
>Dark Knight Returns

Epilogue:
>All-Star Superman movie to finish it all off.

By ignoring false-flagging faggots.

You're a tone-deaf idiot if that's what you think you're seeing.

Your plan is pretty good desu.

>Legion of Doom movie has the legion tracking down Robin who is the only JL member off Earth since the JL are off world or preoccupied. Joker ends up killing him Death in the Family style. This sets up JL 2 where they are the main villains.

Poetry.

Man of Steel dropped Superman into a world that appeared to be the Batman's(Nolan's), but his presence awoke a force that had been sleeping in the world - magic. People's perceptions started to shape reality and certain perceptive people(like Luthor and Waller) noted the change in the world, the emergent phenomenon of metahumans and the awakening magic. Waller seeks to use metahumans for the good of her country, while Lex sees them only as a means to more power for himself. Lex tries to use Superman to eliminate a potential rival(Bruce Wayne) and create a new alien threat(either a now-murderous Superman, Doomsday, or the New Gods) so he can be humanity's next savior.

The Enchantress, possibly a sentient Apokoliptan weapon, a relic of the Ancient War, comments on the coming change in the world. Diablo reveals himself to be an avatar of a Mayan god, just as the League become increasingly aligned with the gods of myth whom they echo.

This is comic book story. Five movies in and it's already more complex and interesting than what Disney's given us in nearly twenty. I don't care if it's popular with normie s and "critics" or not.

I like how your schedule has a tragic yet hopeful ending with an All Star Supes movie.

>But Dark Knight Returns has Bruce actually die of a heart attack. Thus ending the Batman character arch having the public have a hatred towards Superman. Supes tries to explain it was out of his control, but the public isn't having it. Superman exiles himself because he can't come to grips with the fact he let his best friend die in his hands, while he could've saved him. He publicly quits being a superhero but still has a secret superhero identity. But in order to save the Earth he reveals his true self and redeems himself in the All Star epilogue and dies saving the Earth.
