Post yfw it turns out she actually was abducted by aliens, and she's actually a protagonist in a completely separate story about a weird underground community of Mayview aliens that we will go into incredible and unnecessary detail about in Chapter 6 three years from now.

I was actually kind of looking forward to a little bit of light drama, especially with the last page being an actually pretty good expedited characterisation and buildup of dramatic tension, but no, this fucking hack of a writer clearly just wants to constantly 'subvert expectations' and chain punchlines which sway back and forth across the line of mediocrity.
